Stu and Cathy have been married over 40 years, parents of 4 children, 8 total children in-love and Grandparents of 12, they rehab, own and manage 9 Vacation Rental Homes. 8 of which are in Cape Coral Fl. We fell in love with this property for several reasons. The Lake View is amazing, the sunsets are stunning, but the setting is undeniably unique. Sitting on the Patio at night watching the Eagles swoop down to pick fish out of the water, the birds and wildlife across the lake.. amazing. The heated pool, The Spa, the decor it all leads to a unique private resort eco-experience. The Game Room will be up and operational by late Fall 2022. We supply Kayaks, Fishing Gear, Life Jackets, games, bikes, books, and a garage/game room and Smart TV's in every room. The bedrooms are separated with the Master on one side, and the two guest rooms on the other side. All bathrooms have been completely updated with new tiles, vanities, tubs. The Kitchen is all new, smart blue and white cabinets with quartz counter tops. Appliances are all new. The window seat overlooking the lake will make you want to curl up with a book. We have board games, a port a crib, booster seats and toys for the little ones. There is something for everyone here at Mermaid Cove.

Cathy has a unique style of decorating all of our properties. Each one is unique but has a mix of home, beach get away, found items, new items. We are also clean freaks, your stay will amaze you and keep you coming back. You deal directly with us, the owners, not a customer service person or a bot.
