**LINENS PROVIDED WITH ADDITIONAL FEE UPON REQUEST**
Beautiful beachfront home with stunning views! Sleeps 14 comfortably in four spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, a TV and ensuite bathroom with a modern farm door. The ensuite bathroom sparkles with double vanities, soaking tub, and walk in shower. Bedrooms two and three also have a king bed and a TV. The fourth bedroom has two queen over queen bunks, perfect for the kids! The generous living, dining, and kitchen combo area has room for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything would need to make your favorite family meals. Views of the beach can be seen from the kitchen, living room and the large partially covered deck.

The Salty Shark Shack has plenty of deck furniture for outdoor dining, loungers for sunbathing or high back chairs to watch the waves roll in. Lots of shade can be found under the house with a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower to wash the sand away. The home has a washer/dryer and high speed internet for your convenience.

No pets are allowed. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Family
We rented this house for my immediate family to stay in from October 16th-20th. I was getting married on the beach on the 18th and this was the perfect location for all of us. The house was big enough for three families to stay comfortably. The view was amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable. The four bigger kids LOVED the bunk bed room. The three other rooms. with king beds, was perfect for the adults plus a toddler. We plan on renting this house again for summer vacation!

Great Beach House
This house has everything you could possibly need. The furniture is extremely heavy duty and equally as comfortable. The kitchen is amazing which is where we spent a lot of time hanging around the enormous island. The three bathrooms are perfect with the master having so much space and storage galore. The deck is huge and the views spectacular. The description online was SPOT ON!!! Just so you know (but in no way a complaint): If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring a few large frying pans. We had our three grown children and their spouses, seven grandchildren and my husband & I to feed so the three small ones weren't doing the job. Make sure you bring your own paper goods including ziplock bags, foil and plastic wrap. We paid the extra cost for linens and are thankful we did.

Great House
The pictures do not do it justice. It has a wonderful view of the Gulf and easy easy beach access. It is a recent construction home. Everything feels new. It could use some pots and baking dishes. Otherwise the kitchen is great. We lived around the island in the kitchen. Great space on the deck and below. Linens are an extra fee. You must make the beds and then remove the sheets. I would definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, spacious home with great beach location. Plenty of covered outdoor space to grill or just relax.

Best Vacation Ever!!
This property is absolutely breathing. It has alot of wonderful amenities and overall the view is amazing. We were here on Easter weekend 2023 so we had some rainy days and some sunny days but both days were wonderful with the family.
