Being right near the beach and next to the Ritz Carlton and Marriott Vacation club, it felt like a good area with nice amenities and easy access to main roads and public transportation.

The condo is mostly residential, so it doesn't have a come-and-go feel like some other dedicated rental properties in Waikiki.
It's quite close to Luxury Row, so the area is a bit more upscale, and has great views of the Friday fireworks shows, especially from the rooftop.
