I apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced during your stay. Our listing clearly shows a two-bedroom and one-bathroom unit with three single beds in one room and a full bed in the other bedroom in the photos. We listed the unit as a two-bedroom with four beds. There is a couch that also functions as a pullout. All pictures are accurate and show the entire unit. On the first night of your weekend stay (Friday-Sunday), you brought it to our attention that Vrbo has it listed as a four-bedroom (we listed 4 beds and they listed 4 bedrooms). This was a surprise to us, as we have had several guests stay prior to you and no one has ever mentioned this. This has been corrected and we apologized. You booked the unit for 4 adults and 4 adults are easily accommodated by the four beds that are in the unit. If you decided not to stay, we would have given you a full refund. We did not try to scam anyone. Regarding cleanliness, we do have cleaners and the unit is cleaned promptly on checkout. The unit appeared clean because it was clean. We send a checkout message the night before checkout, this includes all instructions and it clearly states that the checkout time is at 10 AM. You notified us that the listing states that checkout is at 11 AM. Again, we apologized and instructed our cleaners to give you as much time as you needed for checkout. The listing has been corrected. We have active pest control, and every two weeks our unit is serviced. In Albany, there are outdoor pests and with the opening and closing of doors, some may enter the unit. Please note that you did not have any issues with live pests. We take pride in our unit and are very communicative with our guests. If you had trouble with the pull-out couch, we would have been happy to give you instructions on its use. All of our guests have had a great experience so far, this is evident by their reviews. We apologize for the errors in our listing, the errors have been corrected.
