Inside you’ll enjoy a modern and comfortable living room with a Smart TV and a pool table, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room and an amazing game room (Xbox+Basketball hoops).

But the backyard is what makes this Villa so special. It includes the following:

The Space:

BEDROOMS:

1. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.

2. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, Smart TV and access to full private bathroom.

3. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

Aventura is simply one of the best neighborhoods in Miami! It’s super friendly and family oriented.

If you head North you will find Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, if you head South you will encounter Miami Beach.

It's only minutes away from Aventura Mall, Sunny Isles Beach and many nice restaurants in the Aventura area.

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

The host was great with quick responses. The house was spacious and the pool was wonderful. The house had issues with low water pressure and electricity. If microwave was running, lights dimmed. There was a problem with 3 toilets and the host had maintenance out within 2 hours and it was fixed, which included the septic system.

Perfect for your family

I was very pleased with my stay. The house is very spacious and in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with enough utensils and spices for our stay. TVs everywhere even outside. The pool wasn't heated like I requested but it still allowed us to enjoy the outside space. Look no further this is where you wanna be!!!

Amazing Group Home

We loved staying at this Miami Villa. We were 12 for a bachelorette trip and there was more than enough room for us all to sleep comfortably. The space was even bigger in person!!! There are 5 bathrooms (including the one by the pool) which was perfect since we had so many girls who needed to shower/get ready for all our bach events. Can't recommend the property enough!

1. Bathroom King room ceiling light out and towel rack broke. 2. Toaster only cooks on one side. 3. Shower off kitchen squirts water on ceiling. 4. Need covers on two of the bathroom windows. 5. TV in double bed room broke. 6. Need new pool sticks. 7. Need ice maker of some sort for fridge. 8. Need more blankets for beds for each room. 9. Need to disclose floor heights (all the little drops in room entrances) for ADA reasons.

Unsafe Property-Renters Beware

We experienced multiple issues during the stay, some minor and several major. Upon arrival, multiple breakers were tripped in the house leaving us without power and trying to figure out how to resolve this. The pool filter was so clogged with debris and HAIR that the pool was littered with debris and leaves. Through out the stay we encountered electrical issues of breakers or GFCI's tripping, including one outlet destroying one of the couples portable fans. Another couple had bug droppings all over one corner of their room. The main AC system in the house stopped working because the filter was so clogged that it froze the coils and most of the house was intensely hot and we had to troubleshoot and fix this ourselves. Some had significant allergy attacks due to the mold in the AC system. The oven was not secured in the wall and when the door was opened the entire oven began to fall out of the wall and almost spilled a tray of bacon onto one of the wives. There is also exposed electrical on the side of the house as well as electrical wires laying in puddles. Good location, but an unsafe home and when contacting property management they did not act in a timely manner to provide any restitution for the stay. Our sole bright spot was Aaron the property manager was very responsive and accommodated a late checkout. We appreciate him.
