Welcome to this contemporary Villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, where you will enjoy the excitement of Miami, just a few minutes away from South Beach.
This Villa of minimalist design, has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and aesthetic living room with a pool table and other beautiful details to enjoy.
The backyard has a heated pool, a covered terrace with a Smart TV, a grill and chill spots to relax, including a wonderful and spectacular Fire Pit. Just amazing!
The Space:
BEDROOMS:
1. Master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
5. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED with access to a full private bathroom.
There is also a COUCH and 2 TWIN SIZE FOLDING BEDS.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
It's only minutes away from South Beach and from the most exclusive places in Miami.
There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music.
- No smoking indoors.
Getting Around:
SUV BRONCO!
For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.
