Very Nice Stay

Our family met here for a quick getaway and all loved this place. It's very large and roomy and accommodated all of us very well. We fished, ate, visited with each other and explored Rockport. All of us had a really good time and are planning our next visit back. Every thing was as advertised and much more.

Top Notch!!

This is really a great house and much nicer that we expected. The location on the water is so nice and we really enjoyed the views of the water. We fished and relaxed to our hearts content and hated to leave. We have stayed at several homes in Rockport and this one is definately on the top of our list.

House was great. Everyone loved that they had room to move. There were 14 of us and I don’t think there were enough towels, but we made it work. Beautiful view and the sunset was spectacular.

Hi Anna, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our Best View Waterfront home located right on the bay with gorgeous water views. The home is quite large and our guests frequently tell us how much they love the floor plan. We did allow you to bring 12 people for your stay so we stocked the towels for that many. We hope you also enjoyed the large upper balcony and large covered area downstairs. The home is great for family gatherings or just a small group. We hope you come back to see us soon. Great place, stunning views, comfortable, well appointed.

We have used VRBO multiple times in and around Rockport, Corpus Christi. This is the best property we have rented. View of the bay was great. Home was so comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed. Good fishing from the dock, and water access for my boat. Though the inside was great, the view and outside living areas made it easy to want to be outside.

Thank you Melvin. We loved having your group stay at our Best View Waterfront home. Now you know where it got its name. Gorgeous unrestricted water views from the balcony and the dock and downstairs covered area. Along with the great views and great areas for relaxing this home is in a great spot for fishing too. Right at the mouth of the bay where the fish come in looking for your bait. The upscale coastal décor inside is just another plus for this amazing home that we will most definitely agree is the best property to rent in Rockport. We hope to see you back real soon! Great Fishing property

Right on the canal, for quick access to Copano Bay. Quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. It is a little far from town if you want to do dinners or shopping, but Instacart was great. And we really enjoyed the solitude of the house. Dolphins came in to feed every morning.

LOVED THIS PLACE!! - GREAT FOR FAMILIES

Beautiful home, incredible water views, everything we needed!! My kids loved being able to fish right off the dock. They caught several trout and a huge drum that we let go. We also spent a day at the Rockport beach which is awesome. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks so much to owners who were very helpful.

Best Rental and Hosts EVER!

I've had the opportunity to VRBO dozens of homes in Rockport. This home was easily the nicest, cleanest, roomiest and best equipped on the channel/waters of Copano Bay. The channels to Salt lake make this a perfect spot for docking your boat as well as some awesome pier fishing. Ricky and Paula (owners/hosts) could not be nicer! RENT THIS PLACE. Holds a large group comfortably.

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed at this home and all of us found it to be extremely enjoyable. The house is situated so that the views of the water and area are fantastic. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and fishing but the inside of the house was very, very nice too. We rented kayaks for our kids and they loved it. We cooked several meals at the home but Rockport also has a great variety of really good restaurants that we enjoyed. We also enjoyed working with Paula to rent this home and are looking forward to our next trip here.

This home was absolutely beautiful! We all instantly fell in love!! The house was super clean, and the view of the bay from the living room/kitchen was amazing! The owner came over to introduce himself to us as soon as we made it to the home. He was super nice, and we would get a quick response if we msgd them for any questions! I wished it came with kayaks like previous vrbo homes we rented. Other than that, it was perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

Very Nice

We were able to take a few days off and get some fishing in before the holiday rush. My wife found this house and it looked like it would work for our family. The other reviews looked really good so we thought we would try it. I have to say we were all very happy with our choice. House is as advertised and we agree with all the positive reviews. Owners were very nice and very responsive to our questions.

Relaxation

Throughly enjoyed this location. We all live busy lives so taking the time to relax and gaze at the ocean was extremely nice. While there was much fishing there were not many fish to be had. This might have been due to the dolphins that we saw in the area. Dolphins!! The owners were very nice and came introduce themselves when we got there and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice relaxing getaway.

Location and views!!

We are on our way home and already wishing we were headed back! The home is so gorgeous and has everything you need for a perfect coastal getaway!! Sitting out on the deck with coffee in the morning watching dolphins play and boats headed out to fish was the perfect start to our day! Fishing with our 3 boys right off the dock in the evenings (and sometimes into the next day!) made for the best memories!! It was so nice having a boat ramp right next door so we could easily launch and be fishing in the bay within 10 minutes!! We enjoyed every aspect of this coastal beauty and can’t wait to go back!!
