The Neighborhood:
Our home is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Enjoy the peacefulness of our community and the beautiful sights of the golf course next door. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise monitoring devices and security systems installed to ensure our own compliance with local laws and ordinances. We appreciate you doing your piece to help us keep the peace within our community!

Getting Around:
There's space for parking in our garage and driveway. Rideshare services are also readily available. Chauffeur services are available with appropriate advance notice.

Other Things to Note:
We'd be delighted to welcome you and your furry friends! Our pet fee is $150 per pet per stay.

We can also heat the pool; it's $100 per night of the reservation. Please inform us 48 hours before check-in if you prefer the pool heated.

Note: Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. Hot tub is free. :)

Interaction with Guests:
Our home is self check-in and our level of interaction is entirely up to you! We're always only a phone call or message away.

Cleanliness and state of the house was sub-par. Hairballs in the sheets, dust and residue on top of duvets, black gunk and dust on tabletops, used toilet paper around the waste basket in the bathroom, a shower head was completely broken off and on the shower floor, coffee machine was inundated with used grinds and leaked, soap was missing from most bathrooms, garbage (wrappers, beer bottle caps, used cigarettes etc.) under bathroom vanities and littered around the outside of the property. Overall a feeling like the house had not been cleaned or prepared for our visit.

Corporate Retreat

This is our second time to use this property and we enjoyed everything. We were able to use the outdoor space for our meetings and used the outdoor activities during our break times. Wonderful and quiet location and close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Great home for family Thanksgiving! Everything we needed

We loved the house. The outdoor spaces were perfect for entertaining, all the activities and relaxing in the sun or shade. The house was as it was presented in the listing, we had plenty of space and enjoyed every minute of our time there. There were a few little things that they offered to come fix immediately. Would absolutely recommend this house 10/10.

Great for large groups

This home was a great size for our large group. We were traveling with eight adults and nine children under the age of 10. There were plenty of rooms and beds, and even extra cots in the closet. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and arcade. The bunk room along with two other bedrooms, are in the pool house. This is separated from main house. There was an additional living room and kitchen in this house. The kids enjoyed all the activities, such as basketball court, sand Volleyball Court, Pickleball, and green space. The property management group was very quick to respond to any questions or request while we were there. You can definitely tell this is a popular rental because there is some wear and tear around the home. We had some issues with heating the pool. The heat is controlled by the property management group offsite so you need to contact them to turn it on and the pool and hot tub never really stayed warm. Another suggestion I would have for Management would be more Pool and bathroom towels. There was definitely not enough for the large group we had and we continue to do laundry. Also, we had a chef come in one evening and we did some cooking ourselves. The kitchen definitely needs more pots, pans, baking sheets etc. All in all, this was a great house and worked out well for our large group!

Christmas in the Desert

We rented this house for a multi-generational family Christmas. We had 14 ranging in age from 16 to 80. The house was a great setup for us to both be all together and to have our own spaces. We had a blast! Highlights: * The outdoor amenities were awesome. We did a family Olympics there with events such as Pickleball, Basketball, Volleyball, Cornhole, Pac-man, Ping Pong, Foosball, Putting, etc. It was a lot of fun and all of the equipment needed was in the house or in the garage. * The house was very clean * Spacious bedrooms * Tons of bathrooms * Good wifi (after rebooting the Orbis) * Huge kitchen/living area * Guest house game room * Very responsive management * Easy check-in (sent us a door code about 2 days b/4 arrival) Recommendations: * No main house ice maker. Recommend grabbing some ice bags if you have a big crew. * Only 1 main house dishwasher. If a big crew, plan to run it after every meal. * No indoor dining table. Probably not a big deal in warmer weather, but in December we wanted to eat indoors. For luck, there are 2 big tables outside. We simply moved them indoors for the week. Lowlights: * The oven in the main house oven didn't work. This caused some brief panic on Christmas day as we went to cook a ham, but for luck the guest house had a double oven so we cooked it over there. I notified management and they offered to send someone to service it. Overall, great house and great management. Enjoy your stay!

Soccer Team

Excellent stay for our 17-year old boys soccer team. 16 boys and chaperones thoroughly enjoyed everything this house had to offer while in town for a local tournament. The boys couldn’t have been happier with their stay and described the accommodations as a “luxury frat house”! Thanks to Scott for all of the great communication and for giving these boys an experience they won’t soon forget!

Excellent amenities, safe neighborhood, perfect for large group

We had 3 families stay with 13 kids ranging from 5-16. None of the mn said “I’m bored”. Everything is right there and they could play all day. Basketball, Pickleball, golf, spike ball, volleyball, pool, ping pong, video games, hot tub, swimming pool. Great bed layout and enough bathrooms for all. The host manager was super responsive to answer any questions. If we ever go back and need a space this large, we will definitely be coming back here!

Christmas in Scottsdale

Serenity Scottsdale is as advertised! The outdoor area is fantastic with pool, hot tub, courts, etc. Great outdoor table for large group meals. Tons of room inside, great workout room, two kitchens, etc. The house is on a quiet street with golf course views. As great as everything was, the best part is the responsiveness of the owners/managers - outstanding! Highly recommended!!

Great weekend with friends!

We stayed at Serenity with a group of 8 adults for a 40th birthday weekend. The house is newly remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen and beautiful decor throughout. The house offers so many activities - pool, pickle ball, Vball, putting green, pool, etc etc. We enjoyed the Scottsdale dining scene while staying at the home - however it would have been amazing to bring in a chef to enjoy the beautiful kitchen and outdoor table. Most restaurants were about a 15 minute Uber ride - but ubers were easy to get. The beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels, etc were provided. If any issue arose, the management was quick to respond and address any concern. Would definitely stay at Serenity again....except next time we need to invite more friends!
