We provide TVs in each of the living spaces and bedrooms and include GIG-speed internet.

Bedroom 1- 1 King bed w/ ensuite. The master suite opens onto a balcony with seating area. Attached is an opulent bathroom with 2 separate vanities, walk-in shower with steam, whirlpool tub and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in chests and shelving.
Bedroom 2 – 1 King ensuite w/ a private balcony looking over the front of the property. Attached is a full bathroom with walk in shower, double sinks and a large closet.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
