This 2800 square foot rambler is located in north Phoenix close to many popular attractions and events such as NASCAR, Spring Training, Barrett-Jackson, Golf tournaments and much more! Just 35 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, minutes to Cave Creek and not far from Peoria, Surprise and Scottsdale. The house is on a secluded cul-de-sac boasting privacy nestled on 1 acre. Open concept living space will meet all of your needs for gathering and entertaining a large group with a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area and seating area with fireplace. The family room has a huge pit couch that will seat up to 10 people, great for movie night! Roku on TV in family room and master bedroom and second bedroom.
The split floor plan accommodates main bedroom privacy on one side of the living space. Amenities include a walk-in closet, TV, King size bed along with futon, full bath and access door to backyard/pool. Main bath has double sinks, walk-in shower and jetted tub. Bedrooms located on the other side of living space include an ensuite with backyard/pool access plus 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom.
The back yard features a fully gated pool that is heated. Beautiful landscape surrounds the pool along with turf and accented with patio lights. A 10X10 gazebo with furniture, padded pool chairs, and 2 umbrellas also provided.
This destination is the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and all it has to offer. Whether you are coming for fun-filled adventure and activity or just a relaxing get away, this listing will meet all of your needs!

Sunny Southwest Retreat We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean, well-equipped home.The host was very responsive to our needs, and the pool and patio area provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding in the late afternoon/evening after a busy day of meetings and sightseeing. The house was lovely! It was immaculate! The kitchen had everything you need to prepare all your meals. The bedrooms were so nice and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were wonderful with great water pressure and temperature controls. The pool was also a wonderful addition to our stay.If we had any questions, the hosts responded very quickly. It was my first time using Vrbo and it could not have been a better experience.

Amazing stay!

Spent the holiday here in Cave Creek. The house is absolutely stunning! Has all the amenities and more! The hosts were welcoming and thought of everything that would be needed. Be sure to checkout the pool and back patio area! I highly recommend staying here!! I would definitely stay here again and again!!

Spring Getaway

This is a wonderful property. The home has plenty of space to spread out in and was clean and well stocked with supplies. The outside patio and pool area felt like a boutique resort with plenty of loungers to sit in and floats for the pool. The property is located north of the city but close enough to major highways for easy access into town for dinners or ballgames. We would definitely return again!

Winter Getaway

The house is really beautiful with high end finishes. Everything we needed was supplied at the house. Plenty of parking, and two living spaces and outdoor space, so lots of room for everyone to spread out if they wanted. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood â˜ș kitchen had everything, and we were all very comfortable. Too bad the ping pong table was broken
.we had a rainout day at our tennis tournament and would have loved a little ping pong competition 😉 But a lovely place to stay!

Great Home Base

Stayed at this house for the first time for the 2025 SWN competition. The location is excellent. The home is well laid out, well appointed for guests. The host does a great job of communicating and is attentive to requests or issues, which we did not have.The home was clean and ready for us upon check in. All the amenities worked as expected. Would definitely book this property again for our 2026 SWN competition.

Best Home we have stayed at in the North Phoenix Area

The property was excellent. Clean, spacious and well appointed. It was a new listing with no reviews, but it is by far the best Home we have stayed at in the North Phoenix Area - where a group of us come 2-3 times per year for elite competitions and to enjoy the surrounding sights and attractions. Everything was just perfect. Hope to be back in the fall.

Maricopa Marvellous!

We felt so lucky to have found this beautiful gem! The home is huge and airy, sparkling clean, and full of light. All 4 bedrooms very spacious. It’s got everything!! The heated pool was so amazing and all the outside area is usable morning and evening. Can’t say enough about this beautiful property.

Favorite Place in North Phoenix to Stay!

We come to the North Phoenix area several times a year and have stayed at many VRBOs over the past 6 years. This is by far the nicest place. Clean, perfect layout and great access to all of the places and things we need. This was our second trip this year to this beautiful home - and it truly feels like our home. It has great spaces to share and also great little get away places to do some work or just read a book. You just can't beat this house!

Family Reunion

We went to Phoenix for a family reunion. My family of 10 stayed at this property and it was perfect for us. The online pictures look amazing but don’t even do it justice. The house is stocked with everything to make it feel like home. The outside patio and pool area are fabulous. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Last but not least the owner/property manager was great to work with!! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our November getaway. The location was great, the cleanliness was 5star, it is very well stocked from kitchen items to linens/towels. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.. The outdoor area is very spacious and relaxing. The host makes everything easy from your initial booking to the departure of your stay. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.
