C'est une belle, rénovée 5 chambres 3. 5 salles de bain à la maison.
Il s’agit de deux étages avec une immense chambre principale en bas contenant 2 très grands lits. Beaucoup de place pour dormir 20 membres de votre famille pour une réunion ou un rassemblement.
Chauffage de la piscine 250 $ / week-end jusqu'à 7 jours. (50 $ / jour après) Confirmez environ une semaine à l'avance pour vérifier que la chaleur de la piscine est allumée et payée. * Disponible sur demande.
Grand patio à l'étage pour se détendre et profiter de la vue imprenable sur la montagne!
Il y a une réserve de montagne avec de nombreux sentiers de randonnée avec des vues incroyables à profiter juste à côté de la maison. Après une randonnée lorsqu'il fait chaud, le meilleur moyen de se rafraîchir est de sauter dans la piscine (chauffée contre supplément) et d'allumer le barbecue.
4 télévisions à grand écran, XBox 360, table de ping-pong, jeu de poche, jeu de réfrigérateur, réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans le garage.
Le quartier environnant est très calme et convivial.
Kierland Commons 15 minutes. Glendale stades de sport 30 minutes, Barret Jackson 25 minutes, la vieille ville Scottsdale 25 minutes, Mayo clinique 15 minutes. Le centre commercial Desert Ridge est à seulement 8 minutes en voiture de la propriété. Il ya beaucoup d'endroits pour manger ou faire du shopping tels que: Chipotle, Yard House, Mellow Mushroom, In N Out, Abri Firehouse, California Pizza Kitchen, Starbucks, AMC, Dave N Busters, Walgreens, Target, Kohls Ross. Juste un court trajet de 6 min il y a un Costco (nécessite une adhésion).
Juste 24 min de / vers Phx Sky Harbor Airport (heure de pointe).

House was beautiful! Great location with lots of hiking opportunities. Close to restaurants and fun things to do with our friends and family. Pool and hot hub are great. One thing I would say is that the pool lounging chairs could use cushions as they are not comfortable. Otherwise, it’s a great backyard. Great week in AZ!

The Management team overseeing the property was absolutely amazing! Very responsive to any questions we had. It was clean and well furnished! Such a wonderful home. Comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful well stocked, kitchen with lots of space for our family. The backyard was a wonderful oasis with a pool,(glad we paid the extra for heat),hot tub and mini golf area. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to 101 and many nice stores. Everything was great! The only thing I may add as a recommendation is having a shampoo dispenser for the showers. I've stayed in places with this before and it was just a nice added touch.

It was a perfect home for our girl’s trip! The pool area was spectacular and well maintained (minus the ever-present bees). Plenty of both bath towels and pool towels. We appreciated the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage. There were plenty of comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large kitchen and sitting area. The hiking trail next door was quite handy and fun to hike. We appreciated the quick response from the property manager when we had an issue with the pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and would definitely rent this home again!

The house was big enough for our group of 7. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. The house was clean when we arrived and everything was functioning well. Check in was easy. The kitchen was big and stocked with everything needed to make a meal.

House was good to stay at, being close to hiking was a great addition. Some updates have occurred but it could use some more. For example one of the bedroom doors wouldn’t shut and some of the closet doors. The pool was dirty when we came and needs to be cleaned. We stayed 9 days and no one came to clean it. The threaten of the 1000 fine for noise made it not the most relaxing place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the regional airport, you hear them during the day but not during the night. The digital lock at the front door still doesn’t work, so had to call the emergency line to get into the house upon arrival. Overall it was a nice place to stay and will be even better once some updates are done.

I'm sure you all enjoyed having your own space. This is a large home with only 6 people as only 2 people had to share a room. Thank you for the 5 star review!

The place checked all the boxes. Amazing place for a larger group. Would come back for sure.
