Charme Cape Cod Cottage

Sweet Cottage une chambre niché mais très pratique pour les plages, magasins et restaurants. Détendez-vous et profitez de l'ambiance calme de Brewster. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, salon avec canapé-lit queen, salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche et une chambre séparée avec lit queen. Il y a un patio privé avec barbecue à gaz et aire de pique-nique. La cour est calme et ombragée avec beaucoup de fleurs. Vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à pied aux plages et aux magasins et nous sommes juste sur le célèbre sentier ferroviaire de Cape Cod où vous pouvez faire du vélo de Dennis à Wellfleet, de Harwich à Chatham, avec des arrêts sur les plages et les villages situés le long du chemin. Profitez de l'ancien Cape Cod avec les commodités d'aujourd'hui.

Charming cottage, clean and cute. Very comfortable furnishings. Nice crisp sheets, and comfy comforter; (we were glad we brought our own bed pillows.) Really sweet paintings and decor, including a vase with fresh lilacs to greet us! Extra set of towels would have been helpful due to rainy and damp weather conditions, bath towels never dried between showers. Picturesque and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely like to come back sometime! Thank you Evelyn and John!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in spite of the weather. There was a big bag of extra towels in the closet in the bedroom. With at least 4 pillows in the cottage, we try to have some firm, some soft, but pillows are hard to please so we are glad you brought your own. In the future, if you are having any issues, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again.

This place is perfectly located in Brewster. The perfect distance to bay beaches and the National Seashore. It's in a quiet neighborhood and right next to the rail trail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this pretty little cottage. The place was immaculate, and comfortable. A lovely private patio and garden, nearness to the Rail Trail and to many great seafood restaurants. We had great weather and our week there was quite perfect. We'd like to come again some day.

A cute and cozy cottage in a quiet location at a great price! . Unfortunately it rained during our 2 days there so we weren't able to enjoy the nearby beaches, but we found other activities not far away. The hosts were great and left us a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Perfect Location

This cottage was great! The location was perfect and within walking distance to so many shops, and a beach. The rail trail is right next to it as well which made jumping onto it very each. We loved the cottage, it was like a little oasis.

This cottage was very clean and comfortable, and decorated with lots of nice ocean-themed art. We used it as a base to explore the Cape, but you could easily just stay there and enjoy the peaceful patio and garden area. We ate out most of the time, but it has all the things you need to cook or grill your meals there. Great location close to restaurants, a bookstore and a bike rental, and you can hop right onto the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail. We would go back!

Perfect little cottage in Brewster!

We had a lot of fun in Evelyn and John’s sweet cottage. It was perfect for the three of us. It was accurately described and the location near the cape rail trail, snowy owl coffee and other local attractions was great for us. The hosts take great care of their little cottages and were very responsive when we had any issues that were quickly resolved.

Cute Cottage Stay

The vacation I had with my kids was wonderful. We saw bunnies and fire flies, used the bike path to get to the Brewster Whitecaps games. Snowy Owl is perfect for a quick breakfast and deli ou coffee, everything you want is close by! We love the owners and will definitely go back!

Simple, cosy and great location

This one bedroom cottage is exactly what we wanted for a week stay. Close to everything. Small but with all necessary amenities. Eveline is a most generous host. I will definitely come again.

Truly Charming!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Charming Cottage in Brewster! The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed its private location with a wooded back yard. We loved the continuous bird songs in the flower garden! We were close to everything we wanted, including the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Evelyn was very accommodating and friendly. We would certainly want to stay here again when visiting this area.

Always a pleasure!

We look forward to returning to this cottage in a lovely setting each year. The CC bike trail is great for early morning and late afternoon walks. Right up the road is JJ’s for ice cream cones and take-out meals. Brewster beaches are beautiful. So much to enjoy!

Cute small cottages

Really nice location in Brewster that is close to walk to a couple restaurants and coffee. It’s small cottage next to a few other cottages with a lot of convenience packed in. I think it’s perfect if you’re out exploring most of the day. Linens can be added for a fee which was helpful during our out of state trip. The main downside was that we caught 5 crickets indoors during our stay which was a bit of a scare.

John and Evelyn have been year round Cape Codders since 1979. We love the Cape and hope to share it with you. Walking the beaches, swimming, shellfishing, and enjoying great fresh seafood are some of our favorite things to do. Evelyn is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker . John enjoyed a long career with the United States Postal service. He now applies his amazing maintenance skills toward keeping the cottages in tip-top shape.

Our guests love to be able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, food markets and the bike trail. Ellis Landing Beach is .7 miles. Ocean Edge Resort is very close by as well for great restaurants, drinks on The Terrace overlooking the bay, and evenings around the fire pit.
