Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This unit is nestled in a mid-century modern community in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale walking distance to all local area restaurants, bars, shops and the Entertainment District.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Cooling is turned off by the HOA during the wintertime, so we can only use the heater. If the home gets a bit too warm, we recommend using the fans and opening a window, which should quickly cool the place down.

Great Location!

The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and the close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale was very convenient. We rated the accuracy as a 4 because the pictures look like there is a private balcony when in fact its just the front entrance to the condo. Overall, everything was great. Thank you for a fun stay!

Place has everything you need and is very comfortably furnished. Walking distance from almost everything in Scottsdale.

Terrific Scottsdale Location

The apartment was super clean and stocked with K-cups. There was plenty of hot water for showers, even if you had the washer running. The location is amazing - just a block away from a terrific coffee shop and a few blocks away from lots of great restaurants. The downtown art gallery area is easily walkable as well. Noah was very responsive and even checked in with us mid-stay. Can definitely recommend.

Downtown Scottsdale

Older property in the downtown area that has some appealing mid-century features to the building. The AC didn’t blow cold in the living room, but the rest of the apartment was comfortable. I needed help getting in and the property manager responded quickly to assist me. I would stay here again, walking distance to Valley Ho was what I needed, and I was surprised by the market nearby, very convenient. The kitchen is perfect if you plan to cook, you have everything, not just the bare minimum like a lot of other places.

Perfect Spring break getaway with my daughter

This apartment had it all! When I say it had it all, it had it ALL! From supplies in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom, to location to shops and restaurants, even a cute little welcome basket of snacks! The pool in the complex was great for my daughter and I to relax at in the afternoon after our hikes and before dinner. It truly was a perfect location if you’re looking for something close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Property was in good location. Good kitchen equipment and supplies available. Kitchen oven/stove needs cleaning. No potholders & tissues (Kleenex) were available. TV in living room did not work. Calls were made with no response to the problem.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. I was clean, conveniently located and well appointed.

Host was very helpful with any questions we had and in also help to locate something we accidentally left there. Would definitely stay again.
