This 1 bedroom condo is stylish and updated with all the modern conveniences that you would desire. There is a cozy feel and comfort throughout this space. This unit is nestled in a mid-century modern community in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale walking distance to all local area restaurants, bars, shops, and the Entertainment District.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Cooling is turned off by the HOA during the wintertime, so we can only use the heater. If the home gets a bit too warm, we recommend using the fans and opening a window, which should quickly cool the place down.

The inside of the property was very clean. If you would like a reasonable priced stay centrally located just an uber away from great restaurants and attractions this is the place. The owner is absolutely accommodating. I lost a smart watch he did everything he could to find it as i was at the airport. They found it and FedEx it to me absolutely accommodating.

The location is close to all the old town attractions. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We hope to stay again.

Cactus League Spring Training Get-Away

The property was perfect for our stay. The owner made our stay stress free with clear check in as we arrived at 1 am and there was a great Keurig selection of morning coffee when we awoke the next day! A beautiful, clean and comfortable environment...We will definite keep them in mind for future Scottsdale visits!

Great Retro Area

1956 retro area very cool
. Coffee house across the street was awesome and friendly.. A easy walk down to shopping around Old Scottsdale 
 would have been nice to be able to use pool
. Maybe have the outside light on if arrive late at night.

Wedding guests

The apartment was SO nice and comfortable. Very clean. Easy to find. Glad there was covered parking. Wish the pool had lounge chairs. The pool was clean as well. We enjoyed our stay. It was only 2 nights for a destination wedding. I recommend this vs a hotel any day! Especially for the nightly rate!

Why do people volunteer to live there year around? ;) It's too HOT!

The responsiveness from the owner was outstanding. I was there for a month and being responsive was important. There were a few minor things such as dirty bath mats and dirty carpet in living room. The air conditioner was having a really hard time keeping up with the 115 degree weather that was happening while I was there and it ran 24/7. The unit for the most part was amply supplied with the items you would need to stay for a few weeks. The description of the property says it sleeps four. In my opinion, if you had more than two people, you would be really cramped. It was almost too small for me as a single person staying there. Overall the property was average.

Scottsdale stay, not so great

We unfortunately arrived in the dark and found it hard to find the complex due to the directions from Google maps which directed us to the back parking lot. I did call the VRBO contact and the person helped me find the correct complex. The Keurig machine did not work and there was no other coffee pot to use. I did contact my VRBO contact and after doing what they asked regarding trying to reset the Keurig, it never did work. A new one was ordered and would not arrive until the next day. There was no power to the microwave or to the stove/oven (gas stove but no lighter or matches to light the burner). Disappointed that things were not checked beforehand to make sure all items were working.
