Looking for a classic Hamptons house - near East Hampton village?
This open plan house is very easy, pretty and clean!
Enjoy the Hamptons in this sunny, postmodern, one level home with 3 bedrooms, 4th bedroom set up as den, 3 full baths, large pool (heated), deck and backyard.
Located on a very private one acre and cul-de-sac in the lovely Hansom Hills community (near Rt 114 and Stephen Hands Path) .
Excellent central location - very close to East Hampton Village/beaches/vineyards.
Large Great Room: high ceiling - sliders to deck/pool - ceiling fan - wood burning fireplace - large farm table (seats 8)
Primary bedroom: king bed - high tray ceiling - 65 inch tv - walk-in closet
Primary bath: double sink vanity - separate oversized shower - jetted jacuzzi tub - separate toilet room.
Two guest bedrooms: 1. Back bedroom - can be set up as 2 twin beds or combined as king, flat screen Apple TV, en-suite bath, and 2. Front bedroom- 2 twin beds.
4th bedroom/den: double sofa bed - pocket doors for privacy - 55 inch TV
Other house info: washer/dryer on main floor for ease - Flat Screen TVâs in Primary, Guest Back Bedroom and 4th bedroom/den - central heat/air with Nest Thermostat- Fully equipped kitchen - both coffee pot and pod coffee makers and Vitamix ( good for smoothies).
Outside: Large heated pool and pool floats; Weber gas grill; outdoor table (seats 8) with umbrella and lounges for deck around pool; large outdoor sofa area; outdoor shower.
For those working from home: Brother printer and fast internet. Desk available in den.
Whole house - fenced backyard.
Very private - house canât be seen from the street - enter property from a long driveway at the end of the cul- de- sac.
Note: When pool is open: Guests pay for propane for pool heating if visit exceeds $250 use - based on meter reading.
Early/late check in or checkout (more than 1 hour): ask host about availability and small fee depending on time length
