Notre belle maison blanche sur la baie est située dans un cadre quintessentiel, est proche du centre de la ville d'East Hampton, et prête à emménager! Il y a trois chambres en suite entièrement meublées et une quatrième chambre / bureau avec un berceau et une salle d'eau. Notre salon confortable a une cheminée en maçonnerie et des portes françaises de tous les côtés de la maison qui mènent à la piscine chauffée et au cadre pittoresque. Dans notre arrière-cour, vous pouvez trouver des cygnes, de la nature et de la faune qui sont entièrement équipés d'un quai pour garder votre bateau sur la baie.

Notre maison est complète avec une cuisine gastronomique avec comptoirs et dosseret en marbre blanc, climatisation et chauffage, et une laveuse et sécheuse au rez-de-chaussée.

Ceci est une maison faite pour la famille, se détendre au bord de la piscine, faire du bateau dans la baie et naviguer vers vos restaurants préférés. Faites une balade à vélo dans le quartier calme ou en ville, regardez les magnifiques couchers de soleil et faites de beaux souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie.

Great!

Location, location, location! We paddled every day from the dock. Rode bikes to Round Swamp Farm, downtown East Hampton, the beaches, etc. Had a great stay!

Lovely in Every Way

What a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing week we spent in your comfortable, welcoming home. It was immaculate, stylish, and had all the amenities, including great bathrooms. An ideal location - not far from a large market and all the fabulous restaurants you recommended, as well as fun activities and beaches. We would definitely return!

Serenity Now!

The house is beyond lovely and peaceful and exceeded our expectations. Tina is a very thoughtful and responsive host with a gorgeous eye—her home is beautiful, spotless and we felt so welcome. Amazing getaway in the Hamptons

A Piece of Paradise

I stayed here with my college-aged daughter for a few days, and it was just picture perfect in every way. The house is beautifully decorated, and the outdoor space is stunning as well as private. Having both the beautiful pool (which is impeccably maintained) and the harbor was such an incredible treat -- a rarity in EH. In fact, we stayed in for dinner one night just so we could dine in the backyard with the amazing view. Even better than the house is the owner, Tina, who is absolutely lovely. She was very accessible by phone and genuinely wanted my daughter and me to have a wonderful time. She also did something that very few VRBO owners would do -- when a personal situation arose which made it difficult for us to come out on the days we had originally booked, she changed her personal schedule and agreed to let us stay in the house the following week -- all at the last minute! And she couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about it all. A gem of a home and a gem of an owner!

Very nice stay at a beautiful property

We spent a week at the house and it was great! The location is perfect as it is close to several beaches while being far enough away from the action to get a lot of privacy. Tina was fantastic and really helpful when it came to navigating the area and handle any questions we had about the house. The pool was great as well!

Beautiful East Hampton Escape

My family had a fabulous week-long stay at this beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood on Three Mile Harbor! The home itself is comfortable and exactly as seen in pictures. It is perfectly situated to enjoy nearby East Hampton, Springs, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor, along with other nearby hamlets. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings and evenings, soaking up bay views and watching the swans. Don’t miss picking up warm, freshly baked blueberry muffins from Round Swamp Farm (3 minute drive) for breakfast! The nearby beaches are truly breathtaking. It is just a 10 minute drive to a long-term parking lot near the East Hampton train station, and from there you can catch a free e-taxi to renowned Main Beach. There is also free parking at the dog-friendly Northwest Harbor County Park beach, which is just a 12 minute drive away and perfect for shell and rock collecting. The home’s grill is perfect for making dinner. While it is tempting to spend all your evenings relaxing at this home with its views and heated pool, don’t miss out on Bostwick’s on the Harbor, which is just around the harbor from this home. Get there a few minutes before 5 to get a table with marina views for happy hour and dinner. If you want to stay home but skip cooking, takeout pizza from Sam’s Restaurant in East Hampton is a must! Our 2.5yo daughter loved spending time at the Duck Pond in East Hampton, feeding bird seed to geese, ducks, and even muskrats! Our whole family got a kick out of feeding song birds and chipmunks from our hands at the Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Preserve, which also has a beautiful bay beach to explore. We would have loved to rent kayaks at the nearby Springs General Store, but ran out of time! As you can tell, there is so much to do in the area, but it was also so relaxing to spend our days enjoying this home and it’s wonderful backyard!

East Hampton

The property and location of this house are everything. Run to Amagansett or East Hampton in no time at all and Sag is so close also. The beaches are all super easy to get to! Then an afternoon at the pool and early evening in the Adirondack chairs on the lawn make for a perfect day. The house is in a nice community which was perfect for morning runs. The owner was easy to work with and communicate with. This lovely little house was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved our August here!!

Beautiful home, private retreat and great location

My wife, kids and I enjoyed a terrific and much needed getaway at this property. It is a beautiful home with great privacy yet within a great neighborhood. The pool and bay were so nice we really had no need to venture to the beach. The property manager was very engaging and a pleasure throughout the rental process. Finally, the property is located near East Hampton and Sag Harbor which offer great shopping and dining options. We hope to use this property again!

Amazing summer weekend!

We had a wonderful time staying at Tina's lovely East Hampton home. The house is perfectly setup for a comfortable group stay. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of room! The pool is spectacular, and it was so nice to sit outside and take in the gorgeous view of the dock and bay. I would come back in a heartbeat! Tina is an excellent host and very communicative! Great family rental!

Lovely home with a great backyard, pool and large nature filled pond. Beautiful morning, afternoon and end of day light and sunsets. Close to everything, plenty of room for a family of 5 in this sunshine filled home. Host was wonderful and responded quickly with any questions.

Girl’s weekend

We had a great time renting this property. The house and the yard were both stunning. The pool had several lounge chairs for us to relax by the pool. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable for 9 guests. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. We had a chef come to cook for us our final night and he was very impressed with the house and cookware/dishes/cutlery available for us to use. The check in and check out process was very simple and Tina was very easy to communicate with! We were all sad to see the weekend end!

Girls Weekend Getaway

Tina was a pleasure to rent from and her home is beautiful! Upon arrival, I had a few questions and she was very responsive. We were able to check in earlier than the reservation had listed which was great! Pictures and descriptions are fully accurate. It's a private neighborhood, but close enough to downtown for shopping and restaurants. We were a group of nine women and all had plenty of space. As much as I enjoyed the home, there are a couple of things to note. First, the AC downstairs is set to seventy-two degrees...If you try to lower the temperature, it would shut down completely. Luckily, my stay in June was not too hot so it was bearable and the bedrooms upstairs did have window units. Also, the showers did not drain well. There was always a puddle of water at your feet. Other than that, it was wonderful!

I just wanted to let you know that my heating and air conditioning man Valentin just left and replaced the motor on my air conditioning system in my home and it is working beautifully now.. it was a quick easy fix and I wish you would have told me over the weekend and it would have been taken care of then .. Well happily on this most beautiful day my air conditioning is working perfectly 😍 I also had my plumber here this morning about the shower drains and they as well are all draining fine.. he just said that some hair just had to be removed from the drain... A Piece of Heaven.....

After looking at numerous listings on HomeAway, we chose this Hampton’s home for our annual family retreat and we could not have been happier with our choice. Our family…a party of nine, ranging in age from a 4 years to very young retirees, all scattered across the U.S.…spent 4 glorious days at this truly lovely East Hampton home. The house is well appointed, large, full of amenities, perfectly situated, and possesses an incredible view. Tina, the owner, is truly amazing and could not have been more gracious, kind, responsive, or accessible before, during, and after our rental. We were supplied with a listing of restaurants, grocery stores, beach opportunities, etc., and though we did spend one afternoon in the town of East Hampton exploring, our best times were truly spent enjoying this home, cooking, lounging at the pool, and simply enjoying just being together. The home is most welcoming and certainly, if our next family retreat takes us back to the Hamptons, we would again choose Tina’s little piece of Heaven. That said, we highly recommend this property and extend our sincerest gratitude to Tina for a truly wonderful few days. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
