Outstanding Cottage in the heart of Carolina Beach.

We love to share our three bedroom/two bath beach cottage with your friends and family old and new. Watch the summer fireworks from the front stoop. Located on three blocks from ocean, boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake (great walking path) and the best bars and restaurants on the Island. Britt's Donuts is just moments from the house. Ground level makes it ideal for easy access, no hauling gear and groceries upstairs.
Kitchen
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with concrete countertops, stainless steel appliances. House includes basic spices, flour/sugar, pots and pans, coffee maker, waffle iron, blender, slow cooker and several large pots ideal for family fare.
Cleaning supplies, one roll of paper towel and hand soap are also provided
Living room
Two couches and two casual chairs provide ample seating with an easy beach vibe. The 42-inch television is on Roke and YouTube TV, Internet/Wireless Access.
Bedrooms/Bath
All linens are provided. New towels and cotton sheets will feel refreshing if you get a bit too much sun. Take a second to enjoy a fully enclosed outdoor shower. Please note we do not provide personal care items. Bathrooms are supplied with one roll of paper and hand soap only.
Outdoor
Our fully fenced backyard will allow you to enjoy the deck in privacy. The stocked beach shed is complete with toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards.
Enjoy a cooler evening around the patio dining table and family friendly firepit.
The enclosed outdoor shower has a foot wash which is ideal to rinsing feet and beach toys. The clothesline at the rear of yard can be used for bathing suits and soggy towels.
General
Our home is always smoke free and pet free home (owner has had their dog on the property).
We invite you to visit our Boardwalk, Kure Beach Pier, Fort Fisher Aquarium and the waterfront in Wilmington. Enjoy a short ferry ride and spend the day in Southport.
Note: The pin for the actual house location on this website is incorrect. The home is approximately at the corner of 4th St South and Hamlet.

Cozy and conveinent
Great location for hanging out and getting arround to local restaurants. Owner communication was above and beyond. We will definitely keep this property in mind for a future visit.

Quiet, well-stocked getaway close to all the action!
The perfect spot to host friends and family. The primary suite is separated from the other two bedrooms and bath, giving all a private feeling. The host was a pleasure to deal with and I've never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. It is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants, making this a great vacation getaway!

Excellent family beach vacation HQ!!!
What a fabulous time we had with family at this charming little cottage! We are already planning a return visit! Great location. Quiet and relaxing and so walkable to the beach and the town center and shops and restaurants! The layout of this house cottage was perfect for two families and we had room for more! Our communication with the property owners was awesome! Check-in and out was flawless! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect location!!
I have been renting every summer on CB for the last 10 years and this house is now my favorite!! Location is perfect. It’s quiet, but just minutes from the beach and boardwalk. It was so well appointed. There must have been 8+ beach towels and a whole shed of beach supplies. There were 3 adults, a 12 year old and a toddler and we were all comfortable. The owner was super helpful and quick with responses. We will definitely be looking to book again!!

Good value-great location
Nice beach cottage on a quiet street, but close to everything. The beach and boardwalk are just a few blocks away, and it's a quick drive to the supermarket. We enjoyed birding at Ft Fisher and Carolina Beach State Park, both of which are close by, and it's only 20 minutes or so to downtown Wilmington. There was just two of us, but the set up would be great for a larger family or two couples. The beds were comfortable and the house/kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We are so excited to share our beach cottage with you. We have been part of the Carolina Beach community for 13 years. The picture is taken at Nollies Taco stand. Just one of the amazing places to grab a cold beverage and excellent munchie. We love to visit the beach, park our car and walk/bike to all the beach has to offer. We love to spend the day at the beach or walking through Snow's Cut state park- home to the Venus flytraps.

The beach cottage is perfect if you do not want to lug coolers, food and suitcases up several flights of stairs. Walk out the back patio door and enjoy dinner on the deck or play games in the fenced in back yard.
If it is a bit cooler, you are steps to your firepit and grill.
