Cette maison principale trĂšs dĂ©sirable propose 2 chambres avec lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux. 1 salle de bain et une douche extĂ©rieure privĂ©e. Il a un lit supplĂ©mentaire attachĂ© 1 salle de bain avec entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e si vous avez besoin d'un espace privĂ© moyennant un supplĂ©ment! WIFI gratuit et tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat. Nous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes de bain. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e de casseroles, poĂȘles, micro-ondes, tasses, savon et ustensiles de cuisine nĂ©cessaires. Nous fournissons une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse Ă  la maison pour vos besoins. Vous n'avez qu'Ă  vous prĂ©senter avec un maillot de bain et des tongs! La plage est d'un cĂŽtĂ© et le son d'entrĂ©e est de l'autre! Parfait pour le pĂȘcheur ou le amateur de plage! Nous sommes Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la promenade et des cĂ©lĂšbres beignets britanniques. Juste en bas de la rue se trouve la marina avec des dĂ©parts quotidiens sur les chartes de pĂȘche, les croisiĂšres au coucher du soleil, les dĂźners-croisiĂšres et la location de bateaux.
Notre maison est maintenue en parfait Ă©tat et sera vos vacances parfaites Ă  la plage!
Ceci est la maison principale. Il y a un chalet à l'arriÚre également sur la propriété qu'un invité peut louer. Si vous avez besoin d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain supplémentaires, vous pouvez en louer moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Parfait pour les familles élargies!

This property is not beach front but you can still hear the ocean when sitting on the amazing front porch deck. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Julie was very sweet and we truly enjoyed staying at her families home.

We enjoyed a quick mid-week trip! Everything was clean, the sofas are very comfortable, and we had just the right amount of space. A couple things could use updating like the slider door out to the front porch, but overall this was a solid option!

First thing, the decor is so cute and fun. We didnt travel with kids but the owners even thought to have toys. My party of 6 was age 30 to 65. We thought we would be ok with one bathroom but it got a little tough. We werent surprised though because it clearly has 1 bathroom listed.A few extra towels could be helpful but there was a washer/dryer so we just did laundry daily. Kitchen is well stocked for both adults and kids. Just for planning purposes, one of three bedrooms has a tv. One of the rooms, with the tv, has a lower bed but other two were quite high making it difficult for traveler with Lupus/RA. During our stay, one (of 2) of our vehicles was a low riding sedan and we were concerned about driving on canal dr due to flooding each day. Its also is causing some slow draining issues in the house. But owner, Julie, assured us that it would be fixed soon by the city I assume. The unusual thing I feel was the check in where we make contact by phone to get the door pin. We stay in vrbo homes 3 or 4 times a year and thats the first check in of this type I have ever done. Its not an issue but if you may be late checking in, you may want to reach out around check in time just to be safe.There is a beach entrance the next street over but there are rocks so you cant get into the water safely at this spot. Youll want to take the next one over at least. Id recommend a wkend visit tho because most of the boardwalk is closed thru the week.

Check in was very easy. Kitchen facilities were excellent.*Updated appliances * All cabinets were full of kitchen supplies (no open cabinets available for our dryFood items) But we made it work. Nice kitchen table (easily sits 6/7 people) Living area very spacious and very comfortable. No small Nik-Nak, breakable items anywhere in the house. House was SAFE (safety covers in plugs) as We had a toddler. Toys/Games were a PLUS! Bedrooms very nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathroom was large and great water pressure. The large covered deck/porch has 4 large chairs. Master Bedrrom has private deck We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, check in was difficult

We booked this location for a week long trip to the beach. The check in process was difficult. An hour before check in we had to call the owner who then was supposed to meet us at the unit. I have never had to check in this way and was a little inconvenient. We called 30 minutes out and there was no answer. We waited and called again, no answer. We had to wait an hour and a half until we got a response. If you are requiring this type of check in, you need to be readily available. We have receipts of all the phone calls delivered to the number in the directions. After this, our stay was fine. The house was not as clean as I would have hoped, found some food under the couch and dead bugs. With my toddler crawling around I had to do a clean up after we checked in again. Beds are definitely worn down also. My husband and I were able to work from the house for a couple days so the internet speed was good for that. Overall was a fine stay, some hiccups but was a decent location to the beach.

Excellent Stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay! The house was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The best part was how close it was to the beach—just a short, easy walk and we were right on the sand. There was a nice space downstairs to clean the sand off and relax. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch in the evening as the sun was setting. You really can’t beat the location if you're looking to be near the ocean. Highly recommended!

Perfect vacation stay

The property was clean and beautiful. The descriptions were perfect. A two block walk to the beach was convenient for this group of 70 year olds. Julie was very accommodating when we arrived early. Her cleaning person was wonderful giving us tips where to go for groceries. I would recommend this place to anyone. We would happily stay again

All We Needed

Spent a week here with my husband and was very pleased with the location, home and amenities. Communication with the owner was fast and she was able to answer any questions I had. Beautiful kitchen with everything needed to cook. There is only one bathroom and not a lot of room to spread out your things, so I used another bedroom to serve that purpose which worked great since it was just the two of us. Was clean except for the trashcans that need washing out. When walking to the beach at the nearest place there are big boulder rocks to climb over that are there for erosion.

Cute Beach Cottage

This home was great for our family of 5, very cozy! The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and gadgets. The location is perfect, very close to the pier and just 2 blocks from the beach (about a 5 minute walk). Julie was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
