This place was amazing as home base for a 4 night stay on a guys 'Coaster Trip'. Spacious, three bathrooms (with showers) a great kitchen and plenty of room to hang around. Great location near all of the parks, would 100% stay here again.

Host was inattentive - three times I sent a message with a question and received no response.Amenities were poorly maintained, hair on the floor, icemaker tray dirty, Refrigerator not cleaned, Dishwasher smelled very bad, cloth chairs stained so that you do not want to sit on them, carpet on the stairs was disgustingly dirty, paint peeling on bathroom cabinet drawer, filthy carpet between the bed and the wall. Water in the showers would go from warm to scalding without touching anything. Key box is missing the reset lever.

BEAUTIFUL HOME

The house was beautiful, very clean each room had its own bathroom and there was also a guest bathroom in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay here and we greatly appreciate you for having us.

Quiet location. There were spots on the stair carpeting, lightbulbs were out, suppose to accommodate 8 but not enough silverware for eight people. Beds were very uncomfortable

Convenient and easy

Great location in Vista Cay. 15-20 minutes will have you pretty much anywhere you’ll want to be. Convention Center North and South literally in walking distance. Communication with Lee’Ann was great and responsive. The unit is extremely spacious and the 3br/3.5ba setup ensures plenty of privacy. Can’t go wrong booking here.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were looking for a condo to rent near my daughters Nationals dance competition at the Orange County Convention Center. This location was perfect and made it super easy for us to travel the short drive back and forth to cheer on her team. The condo is lovely and very homey. Beds are extremely comfortable with TVs (and cable) in each room. There are basically 2 master suites- 1 on the ground floor as you enter the front door, and one on the 3rd floor where the other bedroom is located. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. (There is also a 1/2 bath located on the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room and dining room are located.) The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals, but there are also a lot of great restaurants near by to try. The condo is located in a private complex that only renters have gate access to. The complex itself is beautiful and the pool and clubhouse were fantastic. Lee’Ann was absolutely amazing to work with and was so wonderful in accommodating our needs. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience. We will definitely be renting this beautiful condo again next year!

Stay away from this poorly maintained property. It was clear by the state of the property that the property owner is a cheapskate. The water heater has been leaking long enough to rust the the garage door and stain the driveway. The shower drain was plugged and wouldn't drain. Lights switches were broken in almost every room. The stairs squeaked horribly and the carpet on them look like it was trampled by a herd of buffalo. The AC had trouble cooling the upper levels which was no surprise given that the air filter was completely plugged dust. There were ants crawling on the counters. The towels smelled like they had sat in the washer too long and mildewed. There was dish soap at the kitchen sink, but none in the bathrooms or laundry detergent to wash those stinky towels. The two twin beds might as well have been army cots. The mattresses were terrible and provide no support. One of my guests slept on the couch because it was more comfortable. The laminate on many pieces of the furnishings was peeling off. The toilet paper was the kind of stuff they put in public bathrooms. There weren't any curtains in the master bedroom which meant your were waking up with the sun wether you wanted to or not. There was only one key to the property which was kept in a lock box which was annoying when you have mutiple guests coming and leaving at different times.
