Country Get Away 1 Bedroom Apartment

1 Bedroom apartment w/private bath, kitchenette, and deck. Attached to main house with shared parking and a walkway to private entry. Also on-property trails through the woods and a rustic cabin at the creek for a relaxing nature experience. On the way to the cabin, enjoy watching the horses & goats. WiFi service available but it is not broadband. No cable. Cell service can be limited at times. Linens/towels included. Kitchenette includes microwave, minifridge & Keurig coffee machine
The space
Within a ten minute drivefrom Chesapeake City, enjoy a quiet stay in the country. Relax on the back deck or down at the cabin. Or enjoy a tripto one of the multiple parks close by.

Shared access to the backyard as well as on site 1/4 mile of trails through our woods and a creek side cabin.

The accommodation description is good; the actual accommodations are great, better than expected, truly a quiet country getaway with many unexpected extras. Deciding to stay here was great decision. It's done right.

There is no internet connection and nonway to contact anyone. The instructions leftbto the property were to follow the sidewalk. The sidewalk ends at the back of the house and then its a backbyard. Assuming you cross the backyard (even though asked not to walk on the grass at this point there is no where else to go) there is a trail at the back of the yard that does lead to a cabin along a creek. However, there's no power, no bed, no kitchen, no real floor and looks nothing like the pictures. I keep going further down the path but dont see anything. There are no signs or any further directions. I drove back into elkton tobget some kind of signal but by that point I was over it. I had expected to be alone that evening, however my father was released frombthe hospital andbi couldn't walk an 85yr old man through the woods anyway. Got a hotel. Annoyed.

Country Charm

We were only at the property for a short time and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment and property are very charming and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Only regret is we did not get to explore the property as much as we would have liked

The apartment is inviting and very comfortable. Very nice little outside patio for early morning reading. Pleasant trail to a cabin and a creek. The owner has done a good job of creating a secluded feeling just minutes from the highway.
