Looking for a modern exquisitely decorated beach house where you can catch fish right off your back porch and enjoy sunrises/sunsets from multiple private decks? You've found it! Welcome to Agua Vista Waterfront Villa. Our modern home features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs with an open concept expansive living/kitchen space fully stocked for your family or group. The primary bedroom is a true retreat with King bed, smart TV, designer oversized shower, double vanity and gorgeous decor. 2nd bedroom features a super comfy King bed, ample closet space, smart tv and fan/light combo. 3rd bedroom is as cute as a button with 2 full sized beds and a friendly whale theme that will make your kids smile. Bonus play room downstairs and has a Queen sleeper sofa, Xbox ONE system with games, SmartTV, fridge, microwave and half bath. Outdoor shower just outside the bonus room with privacy wall and latch. Covered Area underneath features a high end dining set with seating for 8. Also a 7 person Thermo-Spa Hot Tub with amazing view of the water. Relax and Unwind at the end of the day or start your morning off right enjoying the sunrise from the hot tub! The home has TREX composite decking throughout including downstairs for the "fishing" deck. We have an automatic fishing light that comes on at sunset to attract the trout and other fish. We have 2 single kayaks/paddles & 1 tandem kayak/paddles & life jackets for your use at your own risk. Upstairs we have over 1200sqft of decking, dining table/chairs, 4 composite adirondacks/side tables and 4 sun-loungers. Home has a rolling gate for extra security and plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 cars. Our home is less than a 2 minute drive right across to the BEACH where there is plenty of parking. Just drive down the beach to an open spot and have all your gear right there with you. No hauling gear anywhere. Community Pool, Boat Ramp and Playground just down the street. Pool Pass is $5/person. We had a wonderful stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed and had so many thoughtful touches for families. It was especially nice that there was a pack ’n play, high chair, and other kid-friendly items—it made traveling with little ones so much easier. We also loved all the outdoor games and the kayaks; there was plenty to do for everyone. We’d definitely stay here again!

After a long day of travel the host was prompt to respond and ensure we were able to check in little early. Everything was clean and very comfortable. They had just about everything you’d need for utensils and small appliances if you like getting in the kitchen.

From a super open concept kitchen/living, Smart TV's in every room, lots of outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the breezes and waterfront views, Hot Tub, Kids Games/Toys, Video Game System, Fishing right off the back deck, basketball goal and ping pong table. Just 2 minutes drive to the beach! Community Pool and Park also accessible to you for a small fee.

Sunrises and Sunset are absolutely incredible from this properties multiple deck spaces. Catch Trout and Redfish right off the back porch. Expensive Fish Light installed attracts the fish right to your area. Gorgeous flow and design of home. You won't want to leave!
