About this space
This private, quiet, 800 sq. ft. studio apt. is above a 3 car garage. Lake Travis view from the kitchen window & located close to Mansfield Dam park, watercraft rentals & the Oasis. Full bathroom. Kitchen has full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, pans and utensils. You will enjoy the HD cable TV & high-speed 300 Mbps wireless internet. 30-min downtown. You may park in the garage too!

The space
Quiet neighborhood right next to Lake Travis and Lake Austin. Your 800 sq. ft. studio apartment is above a 3 car garage. It has a private entrance via code through the garage. We do not have an elevator, so you must be able to climb stairs. We have 2 double beds plus a blow up mattress, so it will accommodate at least 4 people. We also have "Lake Travis Suite with a View #1" (airbnb.com/rooms/21111497) and Lake Travis Suite with a View #2" (airbnb.com/rooms/22561297) at this location listed on Airbnb if you need more room.
Guest access
You are welcome to walk the grounds of our 2 acre property plus the surrounding neighborhood. The roads behind our house are a nice and hilly running or walking track in a gated community. We will give you a security code and each guest gets their own code which is deleted after stay for safety. Pets will love the property! Please pick up after your dogs though - we provide bags and a scooper.
Other things to note
Let us know if you need early or late check-in or late check-out. It may or may not be available based upon other guest arrivals/departures. We accept same day reservations if we have enough time to prepare apartment between guests. We have LOTS of free parking for extra vehicles, boats, U-Hauls, trailers, etc.
Please note that we have 2 other Airbnb listings called "Lake Travis Suite with a View #1" and "Lake Travis Suite with a View #2" at this location. The suites have two rooms and a full private bathroom, huge deck, no kitchen.

Thank you for staying with us! We have enjoyed hosting you! Please feel free to leave used beds unmade or strip sheets. Leave unused/clean beds/sheets made so we don't need to rewash if they weren't used. You are welcome to stay until 11am of course, but if you could tell us when you are leaving that would help us prepare for next guest. We need some time to clean thoroughly. No rush!
