Property was nice but we thought they were supposed to have an indoor connection! Not everywhere was cleaned! Closets had little kids dirty clothes and there was food on one of the screened in porches! The kids really enjoyed the play room that was in number 9.

Family reunion

We are a big family and the units were perfect. Plenty of room. We had both sides of the duplex. We had 1 side for the quieter side and the other side for the more active, stay up late kids.

Great Managers Trip

The duo condo hosted by Jaymi was amazing! Everything from prior contacts before booking & the cleanliness of the units was 5-star worthy. The location was awesome with a 10-15 min drive from museum and attractions & only 6 minutes away from SDC. I would rent this vrbo again if our managers retreat is down in Branson Again!

Ultimate vacation house for a large family or group. This home was beautiful inside and out. Everything was as pictured. It was a stress-free check in and super clean. Our host Jaymi was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this listing.

This place absolutely accommodated for our much needed family reunion. We had just enough rooms and beds for our big family. Only wish there were a couple more bathrooms. But overall it was a great place for us to host our family reunion. The property manager was very easy to work with and her replies were prompt.

Great spot near the attractions

I brought our nearly 40 kids and adults for a church youth trip, and the accommodations were fantastic. Everyone slept well, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room in the duplex for everyone to spread out. Jaymi was very prompt in all communication. We weren’t at the house much, but there were no complaints during the times we were hanging out/sleeping.

The journey life takes us on can truly be wonderful. After years traveling the world - both through Peace Corps, living in Nicaragua for 2 years and later creating educational children's activities on Carnival Cruise Line on 26 ships over 3 years - life eventually brought me to Kansas City. I've been here for over 15 years now and it's the perfect mid-sized city for me.

My hosting story starts 10 years ago when the gal in the apartment below me moved out. I had recently finished renovating & designing my 3rd floor midcentury space & I thought - I need to renovate that one next! And so I did - which is this apartment with the green couch :) I LOVE good design. I LOVE creating eclectic spaces people want to be in. I've flipped a few houses to do just that, and ultimately that lead me to creating Fountain City Stays where I now manage several apartments & homes in Kansas City as well as Branson.

I love all things design, good food and great fun! I'll be sure to send you my favorites when you book! And even if you decide to stay somewhere else - I'd be happy to share my list of recommendations with you :)
