Relax with the whole family! Full Kitchen, Dining, enormous country style old-Florida porch. Park under lush shaded trees and enjoy your stay like a home away from home near the woods. Plenty to see and take in.
4 Miles to Old Town Saint Augustine and 5 .5 to the Beach. Also very accessible to all major Highways and shopping.
Sits on an open acre of partially fenced property in a wooded country setting able to accommodate the whole family & most pets but must be house-trained.

Large open property hidden from street and neighbors. Partial fenced property seperated by heavy wooded mature tree-lines along the property.
Set privately on a cul-de-sac in the very back of an older once considered rural neighborhood. But close to town hospital & beach!

If you’re looking for a camp type setting, this is perfect. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch often and listening to and watching the birds. It was especially nice for our dog because she loves being outside. The neighborhood was perfect for taking long walks, and it was very quiet. The front and backyards are large.The check-in process was easy and the host met us at check-in. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.The host communicated throughout our stay. When we had questions and called him, we got immediate responses each time.Parking was perfect as we were able to back right up to the front porch to load and unload our vehicle. Garage parking was available and we used that when bad weather was predicted.

Peaceful stay

It was very peaceful and honestly felt like home. It was far enough away from the main hustle and traffic but still close enough to everything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we come back to st. Augustine in the future.

Peaceful Stay

This is a unique property but one that promotes relaxation. While at the property you will feel like you are at a remote cabin. In fact, anything you need is only 5 minutes away. The host is very responsive and always helpful. We had everything we needed for our two week stay. If youre looking for something a little different or if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of staying downtown, give this a try!

Great rustic out of the way location but close to St augustine

Property is like a cabin in the woods. Very comfortable and cozy - not new but homey. Great neighbors and awesome owner. We stayed during the hotest time of year and property does not have central air. Main area was comfortable but bedrooms were warm. All in all a good value. Would definitely go back

Cute, quiet, and perfect.

We are very happy with our stay! The communication with Christian was fantastic and the check in process was so easy. The house is the perfect location for all the local attractions in St. Augustine. Everything is within 15 minutes. The house itself was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was a very comfortable stay with the three bedrooms. I loved being able to sit on the porch. Its completely closed in with a gate so my one year old was able to run around without me worrying about him getting hurt. The entire yard was closed in with a fence so we also didn't have to worry about our older boys. The neighborhood was very quiet. We even had two female peacocks running around. (Or at least I think they were haha) We will definitely rent again the next time we visit St Augustine!

Host was great….Had not been used in a while so was musty smelling but host apologized for that. Also advertised as sleeps 5 but had 2 double beds. I guess the couch was the 5th sleeping space. Very quiet.

I can see how sleeping space would be an issue when more people show up than was disclosed. I would have offered an air mattress and you still had an extra bedroom for that. I offer a lower price than most in town but I still expect basic transparency. Also all the garbage was left in the house filled with rotten meat. Not good. But still gave a good review. House was clean overall But could have done better.

Nice Get Away!

Our host was friendly and helpful. He quickly answered all of our questions. We enjoyed staying close to our family in town. The property was very clean, and our family of four had plenty of room. Our boys were happy to have their own room, and we were pleased to be able to bring our small dog with us!

Quiet and close to beach

Great place to stay for a beach trip. Very clean and rooms were big. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Only downfall would be the wifi is terrible but if that doesn’t matter to you then it’s great hence why I still rated it 5 stars.
