Enjoy St. Augustine in this cozy spot with all the comforts of home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a friendly neighborhood offering many walking trails, fishing pier, community pool, disc and golf course. 15 minutes to our beautiful beaches and to historic downtown. This clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, screened patio, large backyard, (NOT fully fenced yard), outdoor seating and one car garage. Great place to relax and enjoy a Florida Stay-cation! Wi-fi, TV, pet-friendly.

Wonderful home that is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the pool, pier, and playground. My grandson had a blast there. It's a short drive to downtown activities and the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept and the host was quick to respond to any issues.Thanks to both of you, this place is a gem. We'll be back.

Casa Medina is super gorgeous. Beautiful home with all amenities you need. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home is clean and bright. It’s exactly as pictured. Great location for various activities in NE Florida. Stayed only three nights and enjoyed various local restaurants and even took in the final regular season Jacksonville Jaguar game. Go Jags. Super quiet neighborhood and the house was well stocked for fixing quick meals, coffee, cocktails, etc. Nice porch that we didn't get the chance to enjoy. A must is to take a walk down to the dock and enjoy the scenery.
