Cozy home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully renovated with comfortable furnishings. Everything was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Charlotte.

Weekend stay for the Renaissance Festival

This house was just right for our family. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood not too far from the venue and close to restaurants. Enjoyed the short time we spent there.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing and comfortable stay here. The only thing I can say is we couldn't find the remote to the first bedroom, after it rained for a bit the over hang on the front porch leaked, and the grass needed to be cut. I will stay here again on my next visit and I will recommend this house for my loved ones.

Beautiful & cozy home ‌

This was an amazing home to reside at while visiting the queen City. The house was clean from top to bottom with beautiful features. I will most definitely be staying here again in the near future ♄ This property owner was amazing to deal with & also very helpful.

I absolutely loved this house. Very comfortable and cozy. Well stocked. Comfortable furniture and beds. Decorated well. Location was good. Zero complaints. Was in town for a 10 week job and if I had found this place at the beginning of the project, I would have booked the property for the entire 10 weeks. Will definitely be back.

Great house for what we needed. Comfortable and clean!

Very easy to rent, close to where we wanted to be in the Charlotte area. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Only thing we would change was the size of the TV in the living room, could be a little larger. Otherwise, beds were comfy, couch and chairs were comfy. I would reccomend this property to friends.

Lovely Space

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving 2022. It is a very comfortable house, conveniently located on a quiet street near our relatives in various Charlotte neighborhoods. Great open floorplan for the common area with comfortable living room furniture. Each of the three bedrooms are spacious with a huge main bathroom and a second full bath in the primary bedroom. The kitchen is sparingly equipped which could be challenging if you intend to cook a lot but that wasn't an issue for us since we spent most of our meals with our relatives in town. We would definitely stay here again!

My goal is to provide an excellent stay that makes you feel at home.

-Open floor plan with new stainless steel appliances.
-All three bedrooms have queen size beds, closets with hangers and smart TV’s.
-2 Full Bathrooms
-The primary bedroom has a private full bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. 2nd full bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and tub shower combination
-Fully stocked kitchen with basic seasoning and cooking oil
-Complimentary snacks, Keurig machine with assorted coffee and tea station
-Children dinnerware
-Pack n Play crib available. Please notify host at least 24 hours before check-in
-Front loader washer and dryer available with detergent and fabric softener
-Private Driveway that can fit 2 cars. Street parking available as well (please do not park on the empty lot)
-Partially fenced in back yard

***PET POLICY***
1 Dog allowed. Some Pet breeds are restricted. Please contact host for more information before you book. We ask that pets do not sit on the furniture a doggie bed is available. Weight limit is 20lbs
-CATS ARE NOT PERMITTED AS HOST IS SEVERLY ALLERGIC. PLEASE RESPECT THIS POLICY
-Guest agree that dog will be crated anytime you are not with the dog.
-Dog must be kept on leash at all time outside
-Please pick up dog waste
