Great price, location, and stay.

Quick and easy communication, and a great stay.I paid for the parking which was really nice to have a protected place to park. There are tons of shops and stalls right nearby and my girlfriend and I got awesome churros maybe a block away.The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed for a quick stay. It was great sleeping to the sounds of the waves which can be seen out the window.

Great location and price

It was a nice stay for 1-2 people. The property manager had some computer issues so it was a little hard the day of check in to get together but once we did it was great. I would definately stay there again and hope to in the future.

Ocean sounds, such peace

I was thrilled with this property. It is very simple however you’re right by the ocean with a window that opens up and you can sleep to that wonderful sound. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well as the gated area of the complex. I was by myself as a single, and would suggest this property to anybody. The communication of the property manager was excellent.

We really loved it!

We were thrilled to find this place - exactly where we wanted to be at a good price. We stayed for the whole month of July. The view was excellent from our room, and even better from the rooftop. I lived grilling supper on the roof. It was just the right size for us and or small dog. Was it perfect? Not 5 star, but nothing significant. If we ever find ourselves in TJ again we will stay here.

Location location location

If not for the location i would give 3 stars overall. The good: Location, there was a small jar of coffee grounds ready to go, the building is secure via personal pass code, neighbors were quiet. The bad : cleanliness, floors had been mopped but after walking around barefoot the bottom of my feet were black. The shower was a death trap, slippery as a slip and slide, the water never gets over Luke warm at best, the windows had a great view to the ocean but we're filthy, i could not find any heat control and the nights were brisk. Will i stay here again? probably yes. The location cannot be beat and now i know what to expect.
