The space
OCEAN FRONT VIEW IN THE BLISS OF PLAYAS DE TIJUANA!

Relax and Unwind in this privately secured and gated community located on the 6th Floor Condominium with Ocean Front scenery with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean! Located equidistant next to Oceano 21 with nearby restaurants, bars, nightlife, coffee shops, and so much more!

Count on the safety of 24 hour surveillance.

Enjoy meals on your private balcony and people-watching with the Pacific Ocean as your front yard.

The kitchen features new cabinets and granite countertops and comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals with your friends and family. Use newly added stove, refrigerator, pans, cultery, glasses, and more. Kitchen also includes a breakfast bar with seating for 2 and a dining table for 4.

The cozy living room features a large Smart TV, with Netflix included, and an L shaped couch for extra leg-stretching space. Sliding glass door opens onto the west-facing deck with table and seating for an amazing outdoor dining experience.

Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves from your Master Bedroom! The Master connects to the balcony and offers a Queen size bed with a Smart TV, as well as its own private bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom offers city views, Queen-size bed, Smart TV + mirrored closet doors. A 2nd Bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms.

Included are beach chairs, 1 boogie board, family games, etc.

Overall, we had a great experience at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the beach, exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend this property to others.The only issue we had was during check-in; I wasn’t able to reach the property owner for about an hour, which made things a bit stressful. With better communication at check-in, this would be a 5-star experience all around.

The condo is NICE! The security is good but a pain. You must wear a wristband throughout your stay. No guests are allowed in without clearing with the host/security. Host is easy to reach and cared we had what we needed. Lots of his type rules for using the pool, etc.

Our stay was great, the premises are nice and the apartment we stayed in was awesome, the only couple of things we were disappointed with was 1) even though we rented a 2B2B, we were not able to shower at the same time because the hot water would cut off and 2) we came to visit family, and our family members were not allowed to visit us on premises, which we had picked with amenities with having family over to spend time together in mind.

Great Place

Loved the apartment and how well the kitchen was stocked. Quick access to beach and pool was nice and warm. Little play area to the side for the kids and close walking distance to places to eat. Host was great at response time and nice amenities. Water was hot, beds clean and overall really happy with our stay

My vacation trip

The rooms were great, view was great, very cozy and quiet, loved the kitchen area i loved and cooked every night. Would definitely love to stay future vists.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is really nice and is very close to the beach. You can say it’s next to the beach! communication with the host was quick and straightforward. Will definitely rent this place without a doubt in the future.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT

After some initial conversations with Enrique I paid for Thursday through Sunday because I was arriving early on Friday. I arrived Friday morning as scheduled. The key to the gates and the elevator are left in the room per the check in instructions so you will have to tote your luggage up 6 flights of stairs. When I arrived the code to the unit did not work and yes I entered it correctly. I messaged Enrique with no reply. I called the contact number for Enrique repeatedly but it goes straight to a voicemail at a dental clinic, no matter how many times you call. Left a message at the clinic. Messaged Enrique on the App. Nothing. I called VRBO to cancel and although they claim they are I’ve received no email or notice yet. Basically I was left standing in the streets of Tijuana for two hours and had to make my own arraignments for lodging. Buyer beware.

Pool Out of Order

Dogs barked all night. Pool was out of order for most of our stay. Enrique said he would refund me for our last day because I wanted to get a new hotel with a pool. He didn’t refund me. Otherwise everything was great!

Construction, dog, broken GFCI outlets, and spluge on floor

Construction in another apartment on same floor as well as on floor above made a lot of sound during the day that was quite loud in this unit as they were working on the flooring in the unit in the above level. This construction was WITHIN the same complex/tower. I was not notified of this before booking. Dog frequently barking in apartment directly below, during the day and late into the evening. On bedroom floor, near patio door, there was a spluge and splatter of something somewhat clear, mucus like, and gross. I’ll let you image what that was. The GFCI outlets in the master bath and second bath would make a loud pop sound every 20-60 minutes. First the master bedroom GFCI outlet would pop, then the 2nd bath one would pop a few seconds later. Even with the bathroom door closed, this would wake me up throughout the night. The glass on the balcony railing was quite dirty, which obstructed view of the partial ocean view. 
 With exception of the above, this condo was nicely furnished, pretty, and comfortable. But, the above issues largely ruined my stay.
