This home is the picture of relaxation, fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay; a large kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, we have over 10 parking spaces in the driveway and 2 cover garage parking spaces. Beautifully remodeled home with 3 bed 2 baths plus an amazing TV room that can be use and an extra bedroom.
Located in a charming residential neighborhood with over 2 acres and diversity of fruit trees!
Reverse osmosis water filtration system for the whole house and also a special one under the kitchen sink, enjoy bottled quality water by using the water spout on next to the faucet.
You will have full access to everything in our home, we ask you to treat our home with respect as you would treat your own home.
Let this Naples home be your little slice of paradise. The location is phenomenal for golfing, wine tasting, beaches and nearby nature walks. And the home itself is beautiful with plenty of relaxing amenities.
We live and work locally, so we are able to provide any services whenever necessary.
We’re located only 8.0 miles away from Clam Pass Beach. Naples, Florida has been rated as the happiest, healthiest city in the United States for 3 years in a row. Parties and events are not allowed. extra fees may applied if rules are broken.

Home description as advertised. Beautiful property. Plenty of room for a family. All the essentials provided.Very peaceful. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is large and stocked.Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Stay

Beautiful Property in a safe location. There was no poor smells or loud cars from neighbors as mentioned in other reviews. It is listed that the small pool attached is not a hot tub although it certainly looks like one from the pictures. The washing machine did make a rather loud squeaking sound throughout the cycle process. Furthermore, the grey “pleasure” chair in the living room was certainly not our taste but we got some laughs out of it. Overall great experience

Nice house with colorful neighbors

The home exuded a modern ambiance indoors, and all amenities functioned flawlessly. The beds provided comfortable respite for our short stay, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The yard was meticulously maintained, adding to the overall charm of the property. Although there was a slight odor following the sprinkler's activation, it was minimal and didn't significantly impact our experience. It's worth noting that the pool isn't heated, rendering it impractical for use during the winter months. In hindsight, I regret not inquiring about this feature prior to booking. During our stay, we noticed that the neighbors occasionally started a vehicle in the morning. Unfortunately, this vehicle lacked a muffler, resulting in significant noise levels. Despite the disturbance, our schedule allowed us to be out early and return late each day, minimizing any inconvenience caused by the noise. The location of the property is excellent, nestled within a neighborhood boasting a blend of high-end and mid-priced homes. Throughout our stay, we felt safe and secure in the area, and I believe you will too.

Did not feel safe in the area staying with my family

We arrived at 4pm for our month stay and left by 8pm. We had to book another Vrbo. The neighbors were revving up a drag racing tractor and multiple people outside staring at us the whole time we unloaded. I am a mother of 3 children 4 yrs and younger and my motherly gut instinct told me not to stay there. I didn’t feel safe. We drove around to check out the area before making our decision. House was nice. That’s about it.

Very Clean & Great Owner Communication

Property was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We really only slept there since we were visiting family. Washer and Dryer were very nice to have, as were the Keruig coffee and complimentary coffee pods. Great stay!

Misguided info

House was listed for 8 people with 4 rooms with one having a Futon, this was misleading information since no futon in room instead owner provided an inflatable bed. Very bad since obviously very uncomfortable. Specially after being in a whole day tournament.also The house has a very bad smell it come from the water. Very bad smell like egg! And pipe for BBQ wasn't full definitely not a good experience! We had to run to the store to get one started BBQ around 9pm aand owner wants to charge $400 according to her for the noise??? Noise that didn't disturb anyone since we didn't receive any complaints, not police went to property zero reports. This I will not Pay very bad experience over all!

Cute Country Charmer

This clean, country charmer is a great location for peace and quiet during your vacation. Plenty of shopping/services within a couple minutes and a short drive to everything there is to do in Naples, but you will be right at home in this quiet (except for the birds chirping). Your fur baby will love the big fenced back yard with fruit trees and so will the kids. The family room is a perfect hang out and the kitchen is awesome for entertaining. Owner is very nice.
