Creekside Studio is located at the back of our property attached to our main house but with a completely locked off and separate entrance. You will have total privacy and access to the entire studio space.

Creekside is located 5-7 minutes from downtown Woodinville & hundreds of wine tasting rooms/beautiful wineries, distilleries, breweries & restaurants, Ste Michelle Winery and their summer concert series and the world renowned Sophia Health Institute. Whatever brings you to Woodinville, you will find Creekside Studio provides a romantic, tranquil setting perched within the evergreens. Even the name of the paint color, Herbal Escape, will help set the mood for rest and relaxation. Enjoy AC for those warm summer evenings and an electric fireplace with multiple color settings for a romantic winter evening.

The bright yellow door will welcome guests as they pull into the private entrance off the carport. The wide, hardwood staircase guide you up to the open studio. Continued hardwoods throughout lead you to the gorgeous kitchen area with lovely and peaceful green, soft close cabinetry with a beautiful cream colored quartz counter top, spacious refrigerator, full size dishwasher, built-in microwave, deep stainless steel kitchen sink and hidden stack-able washer and dryer rounds out the kitchen area. Please note, no oven, but we do provide a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, instant hot water kettle, and slow cooker for those looking to cook meal.

The comfortable couch, which also folds out into a very pleasant additional sleeping
space (there is also a queen
Murphy bed) comfy mattress and linens faces a 50” flat screen TV and a host of TV apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and many more) and electric fireplace for both additional heating or ambiance with multiple color settings. Enjoy curling up with a good book and fuzzy blanket in the comfortable, over-sized, swivel chair. There is also a four person pub table for eating, game playing or work station (free, reliable WiFi). The wall bed is a high quality made Murphy queen size bed with hotel quality semi firm mattress and bedding. Keep it down or put it away during your stay for additional space. The bathroom is well appointed with unique and aesthetically pleasing high quality tile thoroughly and vessel sink. Large closet organizer with plenty of coat hangers for your use.

The private Creekside Studio will not disappoint! This is a completely separate studio apartment for our guests that sits to the right of our main house. It's off the street and extremely quiet. There is only one shared wall with our main house (studio staircase wall and back bathroom wall only). We are a relatively quiet family but occasionally you may hear us occasionally working out or watching a movie, but it’s hardly audible. We have a fenced backyard. Do not go into backyard! We do have an an American Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull). Girly is friendly in our presence.

The neighborhood is very safe and provides a peaceful location. The entire horse acre property is FULLY fenced with a gated driveway (code will be provided at time of booking). Main house/Creekside Studio is at the back of the horse acre property.

Getting around: You will need a car to drive to downtown Woodinville or use Uber (which does service our area easily).
Guest access: You’ll have access to the upper studio unit.

Keyless entry on the yellow front door. Spare key in lockbox and upstairs in the studio apartment.
