Cozy 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above a garage that is detached from main house. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood called Norway Hill. Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away.

Apartment front door is on ground level. There are stairs heading up to main floor and laundry room to right with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a nice living room with tv, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

The apartment has an attached driveway that is available for parking. There are spots for at least 2 cars. The apartment door has a keypad so you can check in when you want. Code will be provided on check in day. The garage that is attached to apartment is not part of the rental. It is used for storage, so there little to no noise.

Spacious and comfortable

Wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room inviting, and the beds very comfortable. Loved the sun through the trees in the morning!

I loved the location and quietness of the neighborhood and the property. It is tucked away but the drive wasn't too bad to get there. I was happy to see the signage they had in the various rooms, so you knew what their expectations were during the stay, along with the information provided via email before checking in.

Spacious and Comfy

Overall the stay was nice. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and the unit was easy to access and enter. The host was very gracious and accommodating. The unit could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.

Loved it!!

We had such a nice stay here. In between busy days of sightseeing and traveling, this was an amazing and restful oasis. Everything was very comfortable and well-thought out. It felt like home away from home! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place with great hosts close to Seattle. Mike was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

Very cute apartment. We only stayed one night but it was a lovely retreat and we got a much needed rest. Owner was super helpful and communicated all we needed to know. Would recommend and would stay again

Great Overnight After Ste Michelle Concerts

My main objective was to have a place to stay close by the Ste Michelle winery after an attending an evening concert. It was perfect! The place was very clean in a beautiful area and the manager was clear about the property and rules. Using VRBO for messaging wasn’t the best as there seemed to be network issues
 an alternate way to communicate would’ve been appreciated.

Great for small families

Stayed for 5 nights with our 6 y/o and twin 2y/os. Owners had two pack and plays ready for us, games and puzzles, as well as treats and drinks! Clear directions were given for everything from WiFi to heater, and the in-unit washer and dryer were extremely helpful. Fantastic stay, beautiful property, and privacy for our little family. Would definitely recommend.

Great neighborhood!

This was a great place to stay in a great neighborhood. Not far from stores, freeways, and only a mile or so and you get into trees, forresty like views. Went to sleep serenaded by a frog every evening. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets, oh my, the sheets I've never felt before, so soft! Keurig coffee, tea, some snacks provided. Lock combo was easy to enter and lock. It was very close to the wine region, only 12 minutes away from Chateau Lill where I attended a wedding. This is a great place to stay!

A Real Gem

Quaint, comfortable and cozy!

The owners are amazing! The apartment was perfect for my best friend and I. Nestled in the trees but easily drivable to do the touristy things Seattle has to offer. We will be back!

Wonderful Fully Equipped Accommodation

My sister and I stayed while in town for a concert
 what a wonderful accommodation! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed - we wished we were staying longer. It was clean, felt homey, the hosts were welcoming and friendly, location was fantastic and the suite was well equipped. We will be back!

Bothel rental

Property was found to be completely as advertised. It was clean, well maintained, and in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The only thing that could have added to the experience would be a space outside to sit with a book or cup of coffee in the downtime.
