Escape to your private party oasis nestled in the City of South Haven. This spacious two unit, one home set-up offers the perfect retreat for big families and groups, with two separate living areas and kitchens across two floors, providing ample space and privacy for everyone.

The Space

As you enter the downstairs unit, you’ll be greeted with timeless South Haven architecture, from original wood paneling to arched doorways, highlighted by black and white photos of South Haven’s famous South Beach and pier. The spacious living and dining area, as well as fully equipped kitchen, create the perfect place to prepare delicious meals and gather everyone together, with an additional 3-seasons room and access to a private backyard, ensuring everyone has their own space to retreat.

Venture to the upstairs unit to discover a vibrant and fun take on South Haven’s North Beach vibe, with ample space for games and activities, including amenities like foosball, air hockey, a Nintendo Switch, and plenty of room to spread out. Here, you’ll find another large living space and fully-stocked kitchen, but also a game room with an attached balcony to enjoy fresh air. The top floor boasts even more local photography of popular South Haven scenes, this time in full color, to match the colorful coastal feel of the one and only iconic North Beach.

Sleeping Arrangements

The bottom unit features two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a single queen-sized bed and the other contains one queen-sized bed and an additional trundle bed with two twin-sized mattresses that can be separated or put together to form a seamless king-sized bed

This upstairs unit provides an additional two bedrooms and bathroom, including one with two queen beds and one featuring a bunk bed with a lower queen bed and a twin bed on top.

Guest access and amenities

Your party has private access to the entire home, including both the downstairs and upstairs units, a large driveway, as well as a deck and backyard tucked away behind trees for plenty of privacy in an otherwise bustling area. Here you can grill up some dinner, challenge companions to a fun spin on mini-golf and beer pong, and tell stories underneath the stars with plenty of chairs for everyone to gather around a beautiful outdoor gas fire pit.

In addition to the foosball and air hockey table located in the game room, a Nintendo Switch, puzzles, cards and board games for all ages, in the (unlikely) situation where you run out of new things to enjoy, you can find comfort in a high-speed wifi, multiple flat-screen TVs and free access to your favorite streaming services.
