We are minutes away from Houston's popular places such as Midtown, Downtown and The Medical Center.

The space
This space is a newly renovated duplex from the 1940's. This is Unit B, located on the UPPER level, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unit B is accessible from the side door of the building.

Please note this unit requires climbing one flight of stairs (no, we do not have an elevator unfortunately). We do ask you to be courteous when staying here as noise can travel between floors/walls and we want to be respectful of those staying below us.

You can rent the entire duplex by checking out our other listing. It sleeps a total of up to 16 guests. The downstairs is a duplicate of this unit.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire upstairs unit and the shared patio space in the back. There is another garage apartment at the back of the property that is currently occupied.
