The house is located in a prime location and close to everything. The house is immaculate and very clean. The host was also very accommodating and very responsive. I hope to stay here again on our next trip and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful Home & Easy communication

The Townhome is gorgeous and spacious. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Teeny issue getting in when we got there but the owner/manager resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. The rooms and house are all very clean! The rooms are huge and having a full bathroom in every bedroom is a bonus. We had family over for dinner one evening because it was so spacious and all had a great time. This is a "Highly recommend". We will definitely stay here again when we return to Houston.

Great central location!

Girls trip for the weekend! Had plans to go to a lot of different spots in the Tampa/st Pete/ Clearwater area- less than 30 minutes everywhere. You def want to have a car. House was cute, residential neighborhood. Beautiful hardscaped back yard that feels very private. nice and clean and stocked the necessities. It was great to have access to the beach items. We were able to borrow chairs and beach towels .great communication leading up to the trip and for our arrival, it was very easy to get into the house. able to communicate with the highly responsive property managers as needed. They were friendly and answered any questions, and also acted quickly to resolve things. We had one hiccup that I will mention - in case anyone else encounters this when they arrive. The pool has a vacuum that can be run automatically, you will just need to know how to turn it on, it worked pretty quickly to clean out all the leaves that were in the pool. “Heated” pool was approximately 64 degrees (it was beginning of march). It did not warm up even during the day with the sun, a tech came out to fix the heating equipment (which took no time) and let us know that the heated temp of the pool would get to 81 degrees, BUT that takes anywhere from 24-48 hours. Needless to say our stay was over before it heated up, so no pool for us. Just keep that time frame in mind for arrival, or perhaps ask if it will be turned on before your arrival!
