With the convenience of parking for 4-6 vehicles as well as the availability of beach gear, your comfort is given uttermost importance. Located in the charming town of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, nestled between Solana Beach and Encinitas, you`ll be in close proximity to swaying palm trees, rolling surf, and famous beaches, together with local dining, parks, and grocery stores - all just over a mile away.

Combine comfort and entertainment with three bedrooms in each bungalow, all featuring cosy king-sized beds (master and guest room) and spacious queen-sized bunk beds, alongside televisions for entertainment. An en-suite bathroom complements the master bedroom, while the guest bathroom boasts a shower stall.

Indulge in homemade meals with large, fully-equipped kitchens in both units, offering diverse dining options at the counter, table, or outdoors. Washing and drying facilities, along with central air conditioning and linens, towels, and beach towels add on to your convenience.

Kindly note that if you are traveling with adults only, it recommended to limit your group no more than 12 as each bunk bed is only suitable for 1 adult. If you have fewer adults, the bunk beds can accommodate 2 small children in each bed. We also have a pack n play for each bungalow for the little ones. Enjoy exclusive access to the property (excluding the 2 garage stalls). Parking is available on the driveway. With the host living in the vicinity, assistance is just a call or visit away.

You`ll be in close proximity to the celebrated Seaside Market, a local park, shopping centers, dining outlets, and the beach. Although most amenities are within a 20-minute walk, a car is recommended for further activities.

There are stairs to ascend before reaching a single-level unit, and the property is located near the railway line and main road, so some noise can be expected. However, we`ve installed double-glazed windows and central air conditioning to counteract this.
Quite hours are 10pm - 7am under Encinitas `good neighbor` policy. Please bring socializing indoors. We strictly adhere to the policy as we do not want to loose our permit to operate as a vacation rental.
