Le patio extĂ©rieur est Ă©quipĂ© d'une piscine, d'un bain Ă  remous, d'un bar avec Ă©vier, d'un barbecue et d'une cheminĂ©e extĂ©rieure, parfait pour se divertir ou pour profiter en famille. À l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez une cuisine gastronomique avec de tout nouveaux appareils de qualitĂ© de chef et une belle dĂ©coration. Our group was in town for a 5 day stay in early December and had a wonderful stay at the "Mermaid House".Well appointed and stocked, it provided plenty of room for our family of 11, aging from 2 to "mid sixties".Bikes came in handy to tool around the town and the pool (heated) and spa were a treat.Laurie was an excellent host, personally greeting us at the home and providing us treats upon our arrival. She was also very quick to respond to any minor issues we may have had, mostly due to the lack of familiarity with the property.We would absolutely book this property again!

A perfect home for four families with toddlers. We loved the pool and the yard for hanging out. The inside is very spacious - we could all spread out when we wanted to. Laurie was so helpful and accessible. Thanks for the great stay!

Cannot say enough about our stay at this property. Laurie is an incredible host. She is responsive and very accommodating. The house itself was extremely comfortable for our week with extended family group of 12 which allows you to spread out nicely. They have everything you need from housewares, to pool toys and endless beach equipment which was great for us coming from the east coat. We would definitely stay again at this awesome Oceanside property.

We were a group of ten, six adults and four kiddos. August 2-9th. The house was even better than expected! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the grass area on the side yard was used every evening for corn hole tournaments. The bedrooms were well appointed, all with comfortable beds. The master bedroom was very comfortable, we slept well every night listening to the ocean. The kitchen was perfect for some home cooked meals, it was well stocked and there were plenty of wonderful restaurants near by as well.We all enjoyed our stay very much. Many wonderful memories made for our family. We hope to be back next summer! Thank you Laurie!

This has been the most wonderful vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Every bit of the house was flawless. It was beautiful and clean, the yard was immaculate and the pool was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room for everyone. I’d VERY highly recommend this property to anyone looking!

Spectacular property

We had a wonderful week-long stay here. Just me and my four teens. This place is a dream house for teenagers who love to play and alsowant some privacy. The options for activities are endless and accessible. The host was so attentive and kind. I would come here again without hesitation.

Best family vacation ever!

Words cannot do justice to the splendor of this house and the family fun we had here! We stayed for a week and bonded like never before! The kids loved the warm pool and the grassy yard was fun for games. The inside has lots of areas so everyone has a place to gather.The bedrooms are also so ample that everyone had their own private space and we are a big family! The location is fabulous and Laurie the host was just incredible! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect multi family stay

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our needs. We had a wedding near by and needed a nice place to have multiple family members in one place. Having the pool and spa was great. Kitchen was well supplied and gorge. House exceeded expectations!

Great home for large family

From the moment you walk in you know your going to enjoy your stay. The house is not only beautiful, but much larger than the pictures show. There are many areas to relax in, visit with others and just get "away".The pool area equipped with bar was a great hang out for our family of 8 adults and three children. Bedrooms are large and beds are super comfy in all rooms. Laurie is great to work with and it is obvious she takes great pride in assuring each guest is comfortable. Would definately stay here again

They thought of everything!!

Can't say enough good things about this house! It truly has everything you would ever need. Beautiful coastal chic decor, bedrooms and space for multiple families. Our teenagers took over the cabana studio and all slept together up in the loft. We enjoyed every outdoor space available including the gorgeous, heated pool and jacuzzi. The garage had bikes, chairs, rafts, games, anything you could need on a beach vacation. We also enjoyed many of the nearby restaurants in So. Oceanside as well as up by the pier. Laurie was awesome in her communication! ITS A 10!!

Family reunion

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. There was plenty of space and lots to do for our three generations. We loved the pool and hot tub—and what a nice touch that the host made pool toys, board games, and bicycles available to us. The house is gorgeous, clean, and well stocked. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Incredible house, something for everyone!

A wonderful 4 days with family. Room for everyone, swimming, hot tub, croquet, outside grilling, sonos music through out. Wonderful master bedroom where the sound of the ocean puts you to sleep at night. Close to the beach and Oceanside eateries. Laurie is an incredible host. Accommodating in every way. This is our 4th year visiting and it won’t be our last.
