Welcome home! This four-bedroom two-bath single-family home is nestled in a classic neighborhood in the heart of Des Moines!

This 1,500 square-foot traditional-style home is well-appointed with modern furnishings, and includes all the amenities youâll need for a comfortable stay. Close to Downtown, Iowa State Fair Grounds, Restaurants and more! The home is a split foyer with two small staircases at the front entrance that lead you upstairs or downstairs. Both levels are fully finished.
The upstairs:
Living room with sectional sofa, 55 inch smart TV, dining table and kitchen which is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, pots, pans etc. Everything needed for a feast! The kitchen also has direct access to a beautiful deck with patio furniture & propane BBQ Grill. The master bathroom is located by the master bedroom and has a single vanity with a full shower and tub.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed w/ smart tv
Bedroom 2: Full over Queen bunk bed with smart TV (280lb capacity on top bunk)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with smart TV
The basement:
To the right you have a second living area with another 55 inch smart TV, sectional couch and pool table. To the left is the laundry room, 2nd bath (3/4 bath) with a shower.

Sleeping arrangements:
Master w/ queen - 2 people
2nd bedroom w/ Full XL over Queen - 4 people
3rd bedroom w/ queen - 2 people
4th bedroom w/ full - 2 people

**Pet Policy**
Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.
Guest will access the space using a smart lock. Details for entry will be sent to the guest the day of their booking at 11am
Nestled in Des Moines Southside this home is located on a charming block with friendly neighbors in a convenient location!
This property is just 12 minutes from the airport and Grayâs Lake for fishing, swimming, kayaking and enjoying the trails. Within 10 minutes are The Iowa State Fair Grounds, Downtown, East Village, Wells Fargo Area, the Science Center of Iowa, Blank Park Zoo, Iowa Cubs Principal Ballpark, Walmart, Target, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and charming local stores
Parking for 2 or 3 cars is available in the driveway and free parking is available on the street in front of the home. Just a few blocks from the main hub of SE 14 which can take you downtown or to interstate I-235

$15 per guest per night after 6 guests
$150 pet fee
(Taxes and platform fees are added automatically on top of our fees)
The property has a ring doorbell for guests safety that record audio and video 24/7 at the front door.
By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed below:
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.
5. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob (if property uses keys/fobs) has a replacement cost of $75 each
6. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.
7. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address youâre staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
