Great Stay
We were in Des Moines for a sports event. This was a perfect property for us! Clean, modern, comfortable property, with plenty of space to spread out. Great place to stay!

Great stay
Overall our stay at this property was great! There was plenty of space for my family of 6 other than the kitchen seating area, but we knew that beforehand based on the listing pictures. The AC kept the place nice and cool which was a necessity in the summer heat! Plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils. We had a great stay!

Girls Weekend
My friends and I were in town for the Des Moines Women's Run. This house was perfect for our group! Conveniently located, very cute and clean! We'll definitely stay again.

Fantastic home! Clean, beautiful decor, and perfect for our group of sisters. Owners were very helpful with communication, directions, etc. Five stars, would highly recommend!

Perfect house for 7 person vacation
Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The home was clean and was fully stocked with towels and clean bedding. The property owners were polite and accommodating for the duration of our stay. The beds were especially comfortable after a long motorcycle ride across country. We thoroughly e joyed our stay and would stay at this property again when we return to Des Moines.

Great property for a friends weekend
We traveled to Des Moines for a friends weekend and wanted to stay close to downtown. The property was exactly as described; very clean and updated nicely. Bedrooms were nice sized for 3 couples. Communication with the owners leading up to the stay was great. We'd have no hesitation booking another stay here.

Very nice
This property has been very recently renovated, is spotlessly clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped the beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed a wonderful stay. Highly recommended

Our stay at the Sullivan was wonderful. The neighborhood left a little to be desired on lawn upkeep, but was otherwise fine and in a safe part of town.
