Fully remodeled from top to bottom, The Sullivan boasts a cozy, modern feel with all the amenities you need. Relax in one of the two spacious living rooms, each equipped with a TV, or prepare a homemade meal in the fully remodeled kitchen stocked with essentials. After a long day exploring the city, unwind in one of the beautifully appointed bedrooms—choose from a luxurious king bed featuring a Casper mattress or one of the three comfortable full-size beds.

The bathroom offers a relaxed experience with its fully tiled bath and shower, complete with a built-in speaker and Bluetooth connection. Additional amenities include a laundry room, LVP flooring throughout the main areas, and plush carpeted bedrooms.

Overall our stay at this property was great! There was plenty of space for my family of 6 other than the kitchen seating area, but we knew that beforehand based on the listing pictures. The AC kept the place nice and cool which was a necessity in the summer heat! Plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils. We had a great stay!

Great property for a friends weekend

We traveled to Des Moines for a friends weekend and wanted to stay close to downtown. The property was exactly as described; very clean and updated nicely. Bedrooms were nice sized for 3 couples. Communication with the owners leading up to the stay was great. We'd have no hesitation booking another stay here.

Perfect house for 7 person vacation

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The home was clean and was fully stocked with towels and clean bedding. The property owners were polite and accommodating for the duration of our stay. The beds were especially comfortable after a long motorcycle ride across country. We thoroughly e joyed our stay and would stay at this property again when we return to Des Moines.

Hello there!

Our names are Bopha (pronounced bō pa) & Sully and we are so excited to have you as our guest(s). We have been married for 15 years with four children, Sullivan, Maxwell, Campbell and Valentina. We named this property after our firstborn, Sullivan.

As a family we love to travel and be inspired from the people we meet and the places we go. We love to garden, renovate homes, and create spaces for others to enjoy.

We both are the youngest of 8 children with many nieces and nephews. We are the family’s main host/hostess on both sides of our families and we enjoy it so much!

Hosting our properties that we’ve renovated and designed for others only made sense. We are so honored you chose our home for your visit to Des Moines.
