Our big backyard is the perfect spot to kick back and relax! It's got everything you need for a great time outdoors, like a playground, swing set, fire pit, propane grill, and outdoor dining area
**We are alongside the highway and right next to a dollar store. You may hear traffic noise when outside.

*Guest Access*
You'll have access to the entire home and property, minus our locked closets and garage. Our driveway allows up to 6 cars to park.

NATURE NOTE:
Being surrounded by the woods means you’re truly one with nature! While we do have regular pest control, you may still encounter a few adventurous insects.

*Other things to note*
We allow a pet with our pet fee.

Note for longer stays--we do not have trash service, but we do have a free trash facility close by.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.

We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 fee.

By booking with us you acknowledge the hosts shall not be liable to guests, invitees, or any other person for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the property. Guests shall hold hosts harmless and indemnify hosts from and against all loss, injury, miss, or abuse of any part of the property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of guests or invitees.
