The first floor den has a pull-out couch that can also serve as a guest room. The A/C will keep you cool on hot days, and the gas heat and fireplace will keep you cozy all winter long. You'll have plenty of storage with custom built-ins and plenty of closets.
The Hull ferry terminal is a 5 min. drive or 10 min. bike ride, making a commute to Boston a breeze.
