**LINENS AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL FEE UPON REQUEST**
This stunning four bed, three and a half bath home is located on a quieter part of the peninsula, but still close to restaurants and shops. Unique setup with sleeping for 22 makes this home perfect for several families to get together. Features include fully stocked kitchen, large mezzanine deck with bar area and bathroom, plenty of parking, high speed internet, outdoor shower, basketball goal for kids, and plenty of deck furniture. Top floor bedrooms each have a private patio/sitting area. Three bedrooms feature two queen beds. The fourth bedroom features one queen over queen over queen bunk bed. There are twin over queen bunk beds situated behind the sitting area in the living room.

No parties or events, please.

Small dogs (35 lbs or less) are allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay at Salt & Lime was an awesome experience. The check in was easy and the ladies behind the desk was super friendly. The house was nice and clean, and we did not have an issue with the house. It was easy to locate and close to the beach with easy access. It had more than enough parking and the basketball court was a plus. This was my second time renting the house and would not hesitate to rent it again. Last year we had access to using the cargo elevator which was a big help because we did not have to carry the heaving items up 2 flights of stairs. This year however, it was not available. We did not find this out until we got there. But no worries we made it work.

Really love the location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this rental. We came with 18 family members and were so excited for this vacation. And while we had so much fun and the rental had everything we needed, there were some things that definitely needed to be fixed. We had to pay extra for linens, which I already found kind of ridiculous, but they didn’t even put the linens on the bed and just left them in a giant bag by the front door. One of the balconies, while it was enclosed, was leaking so when it began raining, it was absolutely soaked which explains the amount of mold all over it. There wasn’t a single good bed in this rental. They were all super uncomfortable, very squeaky, and felt like they would fall apart at any second. We’re still up in the air about whether or not we would use this rental again.

Fantastic view of the island!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic view, plenty of space, and wonderful location. There was some construction next door, but not an issue during our stay. Cabin could use some care and a deep cleaning. There was mold in the master shower, some dead bugs, burnt out lightbulbs, TV issues, and the carpet upstairs needs attention. The three tier bunk bed is a bit unstable. Three showers is not enough for 24 guests. The superb views of the sunrise and sunset, the party area on the second floor, the basketball goal, short walk to the beach, superb location, and the abundant parking made it worth the stay.

Great for a large group
The house was plenty large. We had 17 people stay here, but still had room for more. The beach was a short walk, maybe 1/8 mile. The basketball goal was enjoyed by kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, we had a hoot! Good cabin. Good location. Good amenities. However, the beds in the downstairs bedroom squeak to the point of being bothersome to others asleep in that room.
