This spacious townhome comfortably fits 6-8 people. The perfect location allows you to spend all day outdoors, hiking, biking or skiing. Come home to a full kitchen, fireplace and a soak in the private hot tub. Walk to the town park for summer concerts or to town for dinner or morning coffee. Two decks give added outdoor space for relaxing, dining or just enjoying the crisp mountain air. We've even watched a moose or two wander through the neighborhood. The heated garage keeps your vehicle out of the weather and provides an extra parking space. Feel free to bring your pup too!

We recommend getting out of the house during the day when close by construction work can be noisy. We want our guests to be aware of this inconvenience while our town grows.

Spring break ski trip

We love staying in this area, easy access to the ski shuttle. Small kids will love the sled hill. Easy walk to restaurants. Condo is nice with lots of room to spread out.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops, close to the shuttle stop to Winter Park resort or a 10 minute drive. There’s also a few walking trails nearby. The house was clean, check in was easy, hot tub was great. The host gave us privacy but was responsive when messaged. She also kindly let us check out late. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay!

We stayed here for the 4th. It was really clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to all of the events for events at the Rendezvous Event area, which was less than a 3 minute walk. We communicated with Ann on an issue and she was great in communicating and offering to help fix it. This is a great place to stay!

Spring Break Ski Trip

I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location was a block from the Main Street and behind the local park which had a sledding hill. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very attentive when I had questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Weekend skiing and tubing

What a wonderful rest, comfy, as promised. Lovely sited along the riverbank. The hot tub worked the kinks out from the slopes. And a well made and stocked kitchen helped us make our favorite snacks to watch the Super Bowl!

Great place, needs a different cleaner

This property was as advertised. Great location to shuttle, restaurants, and shops. Only complaint is it was not guest ready at check in - stove was dirty, both bedrooms upstairs had unmade beds (one set of sheets was still wet in the dryer), found underwear in the closet, crumpled empty water bottles found under the bean bags - very unhappy with condition we found the place in.

Oh dear, Kara. It sounds like we had a miscommunication with our cleaners. I truly wish you had contacted us about this. I have checked all messages and do not have any from you. We would have had our cleaners there ASAP. We would never want our guests to arrive in a condition as described.

Epic snow trip

Had a great time. Location is close to sledding hill which my dogs loved playing at. Hot tub was nice after long day of skiing. We had epic snowfall while staying with over 50” of fresh powder. The place is a little older, but is kept up nice and has plenty of room for a family. Definitely love having places that are dog friendly because our fur kids go with us everywhere. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and also allowed us early check in which was nice. Will definitely be back for our annual trip.

Nice condo, perfect location

We were allowed early check in (TY!) but arrived to a bathroom mess, fortunately quickly resolved. The unit was deficient in cleanliness, but only minor things. Owner would do well to provide more direction to the cleaners. Absolutely perfect location and generally well maintained. Beds comfortable as well as the living space. The covered patio is nice for morning coffee and protection from the few rain showers we had. Overall, would stay again in the future.

Great getaway

Property was very clean and easy to locate and access. The hot tub was enjoyable by everyone, fireplace was great after the hikes and hot tub! Only issue was the comfort of the King bed and the bed in the lower bedroom on the bottom bunk, they were so hard that we barely slept. Thank goodness for the hot tub to assist with the stiffness in the morning. Recommend getting mattress toppers or new mattresses. Our family enjoyed our stay overall, just wish we would have picked the queen bedroom to sleep in instead.

We are a family of skiers and bikers. We enjoy Winter Park for all the amazing outdoor activities. This is a special home for us and we hope other families can make memories here when we are not using it ourselves.

This property is located in the heart of town. The park is just blocks away for sledding in the winter and many concerts and events in the summer. The free bus picks up at the entrance of the neighborhood for easy access to the resort without the hassle of parking.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The 7 person hot tub is the perfect way to end a strenuous day. The two decks are our favorite spots to have a coffee and enjoy a meal or a good book. Your pup is welcome and would love to hike with you on the many trails right outside the door.
