Place was awesome! Lots of room for my party of 6 and incredibly comfortable. Location on average is only about 20 - 25 minutes from the DisneyWorld attractions depending on the park you visit that day. Would recommend this place to anybody!

The apartment was exactly as described. Large clean and in a great location. Pool facilities on site are great. The host (Chris) was very responsive when the toilet blocked (our fault I suspect) and it was cleared within the hour. It was not an issue at all as there are two full bathrooms in the property. WE are very likely to book again next year and there is no better recommendation than that.

Had a great stay with our family of four! The suite was very clean and very spacious. We were there mostly to visit Universal Studios, though we stayed and enjoyed the Villa's pool for our last day.We especially enjoyed looking for gaters in the lakes with our two teenage boys, and we saw a couple small ones! Plenty of nature to see around the Villa!

The resort was beautiful and amenities were in easy walking distance from condo. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! Pools were heated and hot tubs were nice!

The location of our particular villa is often appreciated as it overlooks the central retaining pond and yet is only a three minute walk to the Clubhouse. Everything was fantastic and exactly what we needed for our family Disney trip. The condo was clean, had a great screened in patio, and our daughter loved the splash pad. It was close enough to not be an inconvenient drive to Disney but far enough away to have a little slower pace to relax and not be in the busy areas unless you wanted to. It was a great stay and Chris was very responsive to our needs.

Beautiful, spacious, clean 3BR condo. We loved the enclosed deck off the master BR with views of the lake. Equipped with everything we needed and also allowed access to resort amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer.
