While we did our best to address every single one of Lisa’s needs during her stay, it seemed nothing was good enough for her and she omitted quite a few details from her stay. The guest complained in her review about air traffic noise, despite the map clearly showing the property (and all of Palm Springs) is next to an airport. This was explained to her in advance and she assured us it was no problem and even said the noise diffuser in the master bedroom was perfect. The guest complained of standing water in the shower, but when we offered to send a plumber she refused. The guest complained about the house not having a coffee grinder and washcloths; as she is the property’s second guest ever we were happy to immediately purchase both of these items. She then asked for a wine aerator, which we thought was excessive and chose not to purchase. She still complained in her review about the “kitchen lacking things.” The guest said in her review that there is “no recycling container on the property.” Except, there are two trash cans in the kitchen and the community garbage area has two dedicated recycling dumpsters as explained on a large fridge magnet and in the welcome binder. The guest complained there were “not enough keys for two people,” but we provide two sets, which is standard. The guest somehow managed to lock both sets of keys separately in the house and garage, an issue for which we provided immediate support. We did find that certain items were missing from the condo after this guest checked out. We will not be renting to Lisa again.
