Palm Springs Home W / Private Saltwater Pool & Spa

Profitez de la vue sur la montagne depuis la cour privée tout en vous prélassant dans ou autour de la piscine. La maison se trouve sur un grand terrain privé dans une impasse tranquille, à quelques minutes des terrains de golf, des casinos, des magasins, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne.

Toute la maison a été rénovée. Préparez vos repas dans une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Des carreaux de porcelaine ont été placés dans toute la maison. Profitez de l'apparence du travertin dans chacune des deux salles de bains. Chaque chambre est décorée avec goût avec sa propre télévision par cùble à écran plat et un ventilateur de plafond. Service Wifi inclus.

La porte coulissante s'ouvre de la cuisine / salle à manger directement sur un patio extérieur avec un barbecue au gaz naturel en acier inoxydable - l'endroit idéal pour les repas en plein air ou tout simplement pour se détendre et profiter de la vue panoramique sur les montagnes.

Des portes coulissantes s'ouvrent de chaque chambre à un grand patio couvert menant à la piscine et au spa rafraßchissants d'eau salée. Cette grande cour arriÚre entiÚrement privée a été magnifiquement plantée dans un paysage désertique, mélangée avec beaucoup de couleurs et de nombreux palmiers pour une sensation de villégiature. Plein soleil à la piscine tout au long de la journée, ainsi que des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes de San Jacinto.

Just perfect

Well kept, clean home with all you need for a lovely stay in the Palm Springs area. This particular location is windier and closer to the airport than previous homes I’ve stayed in but with the warm temps the wind was actually a good thing! You can hear planes but it’s not a busy airport and you quickly get used to it. There was nice shade to escape to if you need and the outdoor space is perfect for two people. I would stay again without hesitation.

Weekend getaway

This was a really nice home. Chris was super accommodating and communicative. It was just bitter sweet, because we had to return our puppy back to the Guide Dogs of the Desert. So he could move onto his final training. The backyard pool was very quiet and a nice place to relax. Will definitely consider again. In the future.

Beautiful pool area

The pool area is definitely the star of this property. Guests should be aware that both bathrooms have sunken tubs that can be hard to step in and out of. Very nice outdoor lighting. Overall, a nice property.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality items and appliances. The pool and spa were refreshing and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this rental and would be happy to return if I’m in Palm Springs again. Please note that a vehicle is a necessity.

The highlight for us was the fabulous back patio and pool. It felt private and protected. Home was exactly as described and felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was outlined in the "house binder" made life simple. Hopefully we will be back! Host was attentive and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived rather late and didn’t feel like going out and were pleasantly surprised to find a stocked wine cooler which we helped ourselves to
.messaged Chris the next day to see about any charge for the wine and he said no, that is was leftovers and we were welcome to it! Nice touch and we did leave a replacement bottle but Chris had said that wasn’t necessary. My wife spent a lot of time in the saltwater pool a jacuzzi and enjoyed the great assortment of desert plants, cacti etc
really nice landscaping. We also enjoyed the mountains view, especially the sunsets. I used the big BBQ most evenings. All in all very well appointed. We’ll be back!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with this neighborhood many years ago when looking for a 'second home' to purchase in Palm Springs. We purchased this home from the original owners, who are now deceased, and then proceeded to update the entire home and property. We have spent many weekends here at this house over the years and have many wonderful, fond memories.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home sits on a quiet culdesac and is on a large, long lot. The homes on either side of our home are at a distance, which allows a lot of privacy. Our pool/spa are located on the side of the lot, which allows for direct access from both bedrooms via a glass sliding door. We designed one side of the pool deck along with the location of the spa to have great mountain views. We have landscaped the property with rocks, gravel, succulants, palm trees, mixed in with various color. This allows for a tropical, yet warm desert feel. We get quite a lot of compliments on how comfortable our back yard is to be in.
