The tiny house was everything we had hoped for. The location was perfect and every place we needed to go was easy to get to. It was so quiet at night and everything we needed was provided. Travis is an excellent host and so responsive!

This is our 2nd time staying here, and just like the first time, we had a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and has everything you could possibly want or need. Communication with the host was easy and he is very friendly and responsive. We loved the hot tub and the pups had a large yard to run and play. We will be returning!

This spot was perfect for our trip. We were headed to a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and the location was close and easy to get to. We also loved the close shops at Market Street. When we had questions, Travis was very quick to respond. If you’re a family or have kids, they had everything you would need. It was small but well planned out and designed and felt big enough for sure.

Host was available and answered any questions in a timely manner. Cute spot and the yard is completely fenced in and large enough for my dogs to run around. Hot tub was nice, fits 2 comfortably. Great experience!

Pleasantly suprised how elegant this Tiny home is. It has all the ammenities expected and more. Great backyard for the pups to run and explore and an excellent Hot Tub for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. For a Small home this one has it all. You wont be disappointed. The Host is absolutely awesome. Communication was great and the process was easy. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I will definitely look this one up on my return trips.

Despite the heavy rain the stay was great! The home though small was just enough for me and my two tweens. Travis was very responsive when we reached out and the hot tub was a bonus...had enough of a break in rain to get in briefly. Small fenced in dog run for our fur babies was very convenient just needs a light for evenings it gets pitch black behind the home at night. Definitely would recommend this home for anyone staying in Spring.

We were immediately pleased with the property before we even walked through the door! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property was right in between two homes but still felt private and secluded. The entire place was clean, very accommodating, and was within a 10 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We especially loved getting in the hot tub at the end of the day to unwind!It was perfect for our getaway weekend. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends and family!

Great location for convenient access to spring, the woodlands and conroe. Well kept, clean and modern facility. The AC was great, laundry machines great, hot tub was outstanding and the VRBO lived just as it looks in the pictures. Outstanding stay.

Our overnight stay was nice. The Garage is very cute and clean, and spaces are well planned. Very comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful.

Perfect spot for our Business trip

The space and location was perfect for our 2 day convention at the Woodlands Marriott, less than 10 minutes down the road. Very clean, modern, and close to all amenities.
