This house is amazing! Very spacious- we had 11 people there with no problems. Beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. So many things were very close by, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Our host was great with communication and went above & beyond for the only issue we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, light airy property with all the amenities we needed!

The home sleeps 10 people very comfortably, there is seating for meals for everyone and the living area is spacious. Perfect for us and our out of town guests from CA coming to our sons wedding!

Perfect rental

House was just as described online, clean and ideal for what we needed. The location was super convenient to everything, especially the soccer showcase we attended. The host communication was top notch as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Charming and great Location

We were in Greensboro for an event at NC A&T. We brought our bikes and were able to get to the stadium in just a few minutes and no worries about parking. The house is so charming and cute! It was comfortable and quiet.

I love old houses with modern conveniences and this one surely fits the bill. Lots of historic character in an historic part of town. Slept better than at my own house. Very comfortable and well furnished

UNCG

Stayed in this house for a few days with extended family for my daughter’s UNCG graduation. Having owned three historic homes and currently living in one, this house has all the charm that you would expect, with all the room that you would expect, and in an ideal location to everything. We had a great stay.

Great home for lots of couples!

We loved the home. There were only 2 couples in our group but there was plenty of room for more. Dining room had 2 tables, each sat 6 people and the living room was large too. Kitchen and laundry room had everything we need. We will stay here again when back in the area.
