Family vacy

Our stay overall was great, elevators are slow but if you time it right you can avoid waiting.. we had 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids in our group and we had enough room for everyone!

Perfect Room!

This was the perfect room for our stay. There is plenty of room and we had everything we could have possibly needed. Great location! Literally right next door to Pineapple Willy’s. Pictures on here did not do this unit justice. It was even better than I was expecting for the great price!

Beautiful beachfront

We loved the property overall. Great facility with a full compliment of amenities around the pool/beach areas. Close to most attractions and food. The security was top notch. We will definitely return. Our unit was managed by RealJoy Vacations and their communication with us before, during, and after our stay showed how conscientious they are about their business. I will highly recommend both VRBO and RealJoy Vacations.

A quick get away

The unit was great. Good location. The only problem was the elevator in the build was very slow. All over no problem at all. Well stay there again.

Love Shores of Panama!

This is our third year visiting Shores of Panama. The resort is absolutely beautiful. This condo offered an incredible view of both the ocean and the resort pool. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds, and close to elevator. We had to contact the host before arrival and were very happy to have a quick response! Being completely truthful, not wanting to trick anyone with my review, the only con of this resort for us was the slow elevators and the tight parking deck. With that being said, that has never kept us from rebooking. Year three down, can’t wait for four!

The parking garage is crazy, elevators are crazy busy, condo was nice except for first night we stayed we woke up to a strange man on the love seat asleep while my 2 young granddaughters 7 and 10 asleep on the pull out bed. Called security first, apparently nothing they could do because my husband and son got him out. Condo couldn’t do anything without host approval. Apparently the room had a flood a while back and they removed the dead bolt. It took 2 days but got one placed Monday. I have no idea how this person knew code or anything. Host made it seem like it was user error. Very scary! My husband didn’t leave unit until dead bolt was placed so he missed out on family time. The kids enjoyed the pool but was closed a full day for sanitation. By Friday pool was disgusting. My daughter in law said it smelled like urine, there was hair, cockroaches, and sorts of nastiness floating around in there. Needless to say we went ahead and packed up a day early and left. Unit is good to go now so the next person should be fine to lock door at night. As far as pool I wouldn’t recommend going during 4th of July.

Bad management

The condo was nice but upon arrival.. There was no tissue… and two washcloths total in the condo. I called and spoke with a gentleman name zack and I was told someone would bring us the items but unfortunately nobody came and I had to make a trip to Walmart. The toaster didn’t work and the dryer didn’t have a handle to open… the property was nice but the issues are not worth the price

This is not how we like to treat our guests and we are truly sorry. We'd like you to know that the dryer handle had to be special ordered and it did not arrive in time for your stay. It arrived after you left and has now been replaced. Also the GFI where the toaster was plugged into has been repaired. Beautiful place to stay. You don’t even have to leave the property if didn’t want to. The pool was great for the kids and the beach access was convenient. We would stay again!

Property was great! The staff working the parking garage gate were very rude. Out wrist bands stopped working and they told us on more than one occasion “tonight can be your last night.”
