House was clean and in a neat location. However, the noise from train and close proximity to a bar or something made it very hard to rest. I brought a fan or it would have been impossible. We live in the country so a lot of noise makes for a long night.The living room furnishings were also very uncomfortable. If you want to rest after traveling the furnishings and bedding we're not for that. I know beds are different for everyone's tastes but after a day of travel I like great bedding and furnishings to kick back and unwind.Not saying I wouldn't recommend it but would just ask they invest in nicer furnishings and beddings.

Expo weekend getaway

We stayed at this cheery house in Shelby Park while attending an Expo. It was conveniently located to everything and there is plenty do around the area. The house was cute and clean providing just what we needed for a weekend getaway! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for friend's getaway

Nicely renovated house with all you need for a weekend stay. Fun Kentucky themes in each room. It is located right next to train tracks, but it was not a distraction.

Convenient location and great communication

Our family stayed here for a volleyball tournament and the location was very convenient between the two facilities where the tournament was. The property owner was incredibly helpful with answering questions quickly and clearly

The kitchen was well appointed. The brewery down the street was excellent. The furniture was not comfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable, the linens and towels were not very nice. There are train tracks directly behind the property, so the train is very loud overnight. There is ample parking which was definitely a plus.

This property is in a great location. Easy access to highways for traveling and easy walking distance to the Logan St Market and Atrium Brewing (recommended). Off street parking is a breeze and the house is spacious and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Great stay

We had a great, but short experience with our stay here! The house is so cute and well stocked! There’s a little yard area in back with some seating. The only con is that I wish we had stayed longer! I’d like to book again in the future! Lots of cool things in the area.

Very nicely decorated. Awesome stay. Off-street parking really makes this listing stand out. Plenty of space for 2 cars. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the agent was quick and easy. Very responsive. Will stay here again.

I cannot say enough about the place it was awesome. The owner was also super. The back yard was perfect for letting the dogs out after a long day at the dog show. We found a little park near by where we could walk them. We look forward to coming back next year.

Plain and simple, this is house is as advertised. No surprises and absolutely no regrets. And it is CLEAN. Which is very important and not always the case.

Great Space

We were 4 friends traveling to Louisville to attend a weekend concert at Paristown. This location was great for that and the space gave us enough room for each of us to have our own bed with the use of a comfortable futon sofa in the living room. Super clean and very well equipped. The best part was having parking for 2 cars in the back. A short drive to downtown and Kroger’s for groceries. Easy access and efficient communication. Thanks!
