Owner was nice to work with and quick to respond to messages. I had high hopes based on that and the listing but was disappointed for a number of reasons. The kitchen is nice but the refrigerator and cabinets were full of other peopleâs partially eaten food. I filled two garbage cans with it and had to clean the frig. Most drawers and cabinets were full of lots of random stuff apparently left behind so we didnât put anything in them - even in the shower. Thereâs a big greasy appliance on the kitchen counter and there was supposed to be a toaster but didnât see it. No hooks in the hallway bathroom for towels or washcloths while showering so we had to lay them on the toilet or sink - and some towels had hairs on them. Front steps had loose bricks and the step up into the house is high. Garbage cans sat at the street the whole week and one had no lid. Aquestionable looking camper overlooked the outside back area so we never sat there.The listing says parking on site, but the day before we arrived I was told the driveway pictured doesnât go with the house. Parking is on the street so that was misleading. If a group planned to eat out every night and just wanted a place to shower and sleep itâs fine. Several people wanting to watch tv at night eliminated that room as a bedroom so we put our air mattress in the front room by the sofa bed. Master bedroom was nice. It wouldnât take much for this to be a top rate place to stay, but as is not worth the money.
